"I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the JCB 3.5 Tonne Hydraulic Jack (model JCB-TZ84007). It is very strong, reliable, and well-built. Even when I lift my car, sometimes due to its own weight, the vehicle may slightly shift or roll back on the stand—but this JCB jack does not bend or slip at all. It stays firm and secure, unlike standard jacks that tilt. I’m really impressed by its stability and build quality. The stands, also JCB (model TH56002A), are equally excellent. Having two of these 6-ton stands, they are very convenient and well-designed. Thanks to the smart lifting mechanism and safety locks, they work beautifully. I am truly happy with the entire set. Thank you so much—your team is amazing, and you put a lot of effort into these products."

It was/is an excellent machine
It was/is an excellent machine, and I feel it was priced well. The only disappointment was that, as it was JCB, I assumed it was UK-manufactured. I found out after I received it, that it was, in fact, made in the PRC

Sturdy shaft but the blade was blunt
Sturdy shaft but the blade was blunt, I had sharpen it, also the handle came off after little use, it was put on with a bit of glue and a very thin staple. However I would buy it again as once I sorted things out, it is fine

Really like the product
Really like the product, but a small part of the trolley was broken when I received it, instead of just sending the broken part I was told I’d have to return the whole thing, communication with the customer service people was also poor and frustrating, I ended up repairing it myself.

Vastaus yritykseltä JCB Tools
Dear Dave,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you are happy with the product overall, but we’re very sorry to learn about the damaged part on arrival and the frustration caused by the aftercare process and communication.
It is certainly not the experience we would want for our customers, and we understand how inconvenient it must have been to be asked to return the entire item rather than receiving a replacement part. We also apologise that the support you received was not as clear or helpful as it should have been.
Your comments are appreciated and will be passed on for review to help improve both our service and customer communication moving forward.
Kind Regards
Rukshal
