Spencer was absolutely phenomenal at his job, from the punctuality being dead on time, to carefully explaining how the electrical fault occurred and not just explaining but breaking it down for me. Someone who isn’t adept or familiar with the technical terminologies, we went through step by step and he even showed me safety mechanisms to prevent a reoccurrence in the future. I could sing endless praises but it’s safe to say he’s the best at what he does.
