I’ve used J&S plumbing before and had excellent service, and this time was no different. J&S came to do a boiler service in which they ensured my very old boiler was safe but advised I’d need a new one before too long. They were neat, tidy, polite and affordable and promptly sent a quote (at my request) with no pressure to buy from them.

My old boiler died the week before they were due to install the new one (and it started to snow and temperatures plummeted) so they came as promptly as they could (for no extra fee), working quickly and efficiently to get my new boiler in as soon as possible without compromising on the safety and quality of the job.

I’m really pleased with the work and can also confirm they were at the end of the phone to troubleshoot after the job was complete.

Brilliant! From the first meeting with Jason I felt really at ease and that he listened to what we needed.
Having purchased an old bungalow our existing oil boiler was in an awkward position and taking up a lot of space.
He talked me through the process of fitting a new external boiler and listened to my concerns about pipework and answered my many questions about how the system would work.
When I called the office again to ask some more questions he came back out again and was the only plumber to actually go up into the loft to look at my existing water tanks!
Really happy with the new external boiler and water tanks and Barry and his assistant who completed the work were great. They even fitted a new radiator for me included in the price.
Excellent communication from the office and well worth the price!

Arrived on time, was friendly and explained what he was doing as well as discussing options for online control systems i was interested in. Was quick, tidy and extremly helpful. Took time to explain how the new parts where working and when we would need to look at replacing them and then took a water sample and sent the results back promptly. Excellent all round service, I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Booking was easy and they had availability quickly. The engineer was on time, speedy and professional with his work, and answered all the questions that I had. Very good, would use again.

J and S plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbour who had found them very helpful, professional and reliable. I am pleased to say that I found them to be EXACTLY that. Where other engineers were unavailable or could not attend for 5 weeks (!), I was promised an engineer the following day at 2pm ... and that's exactly what I got! He was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my central heating problem within an hour. This is the sort of great service that guarantees that you will use the company again and recommend them to others

So pleased with the prompt response from J &S, who sorted out my elderly parents boiler within a couple of hours of my call. Also grateful for the update call from them to say the problem had been rectified.

Came out on Saturday evening to fix boiler problem. Efficient and very thorough.

The team was polite and efficient, they did what they said they were going to. They didn't leave a mess and the after-sales service has also been good. we are going to use them again for further work. And would highly recommend them.

Matt came and installed a new combi boiler, a new Wi-Fi thermostat controller, replaced and extended some gas pipes and flushed out all the radiators. Matt turned up on time both days and was polite and courteous. He kept me informed of progress and updated me when he had to go and collect further materials. Matt worked very hard both days and I felt comfortable having him in the house and confident in the work he was carrying out. I would have no hesitation in using the company again for my plumbing and heating needs and recommending them to others.

Matt, the heating engineer arrived on time and carried out the service to our boiler. He worked in a neat and tidy manner and able to answer any questions I had. This is the third year I have used J&S plumbing fo plumbing services and always found them to be accommodating and professional.

J&S fitted a new gas boiler last year in a very efficient manner. They attended a minor fault after installation within the hour and adjusted the boiler. Recently they serviced the boiler and again they arrived on time and completed a thorough service. First class service once again.
