good price, mutual understanding... impressed, delivery was just on time without any unnecessary problems and questions...thank you

Brilliant customer services, super prompt at answering questions.

Excellent service, the lids are perfect and so reasonably priced thank you

All good, good, good

Great customer support and service

Very Good. The only slight problem was that the company ran out of Jam Jar lids design that I originally ordered without informing me, however made up for it by supplying more lids of a different design and refunded the difference of the lids I was originally after. Overall a good experience and will use again.

Communication and help with my purchases that I forgot to order and it included in my order, by which I appreciate thanks and all were sent together.

Easy ordering online. Product I had ordered had been changed slightly due to stock level.
I was emailed promptly send to inform of changes and apologies. Discount was offered to compensate inconvenience.
Excellent communication throughout, highly recommended.

Good selection of pickling jars.

4 days for royal mail to receive the goods, supposed to be 48 hour delivery. 1 week later still no sign of them
Ordered 14th today is 20th, still not delivery date.

Find it hard to believe the good reviews are genuine. Not my experience.

Great selection of glassware, competitive price points. Delivery was fast, and I was kept up to date with the delivery via email. Will definitely use again, thank you.

Highly recommend.

Good communication and prompt service. Great to deal with. Thanks.

I recently placed my fourth order with Southern Jar Company Ltd through jarslidsbottles.co.uk, and overall, I've been quite pleased. While one order took a bit longer to resolve, the team sorted it out in the end. Their jars are well-priced and of good quality, with a fantastic variety on offer. The website is user-friendly, and my orders have usually been processed quickly and accurately. Despite a minor hiccup, they remain my go-to place for unique jars. Four stars!

My experience was not so good at first but things can happen that can be frustrating, but when it is dealt with, then it makes the difference.
