I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious with JJJSHOP.
I placed an order and received tracking information for shipment DZT9387522167US. On 10 August 2026, the tracking system suddenly showed the parcel as “delivered” in Silveira, Portugal, but I never received anything.
I tried to contact JJJSHOP through the support email address provided on their website and in their order emails, support jjjshop.com, but my messages were returned as undeliverable. The mail server rejected the messages, meaning I currently have no effective way to contact the seller or request clarification.
So, at this point:
I paid for the product;
I did not receive the product;
The tracking says it was delivered, but no proof of delivery was provided;
I cannot contact customer support because the emails are rejected.
Based on my experience, this raises very serious concerns about the legitimacy of this website and its delivery process.
I am posting this review to warn other customers. I would not purchase from JJJSHOP unless they can provide a satisfactory explanation, valid proof of delivery and either deliver my order or issue a full refund.

Almost 30 days i didnt reicive my order it says delivered but they saying to me it didnt passed the customs examine or something.

Absolutely do not purchase from this…
Absolutely do not purchase from this website. I've been in constant contact with them since I paid for my item on 21st June 2026. I just get fobbed off and redirected all the time.. the reply com2e from a bot and can't be trusted.
Do not engage with this website..
