I ordered two Sukajans. I received one of them pretty quickly and it was good quality. I have worn the jacket a few times and nothing wrong with it. I received a message that the other jacket I ordered was out of stock, even though the website said it was in stock. Also some other jackets were out of stock even though the website informed that they were in stock. Eventually I asked for a refund for the other jacket and got the refund. Their customer service was good but some delay ( a week or two) between messages.

So in summary the product I received was what I expected and hoped. A couple negatives were the mismatch in actual stock and website stock and the extra hassle with the customer service resulting from this.

Absolute garbage material. This company is clearly a scam site. The website itself looks great, but once we were notified that our products were coming from China, we began to get skeptical. One arrival, the clothing is all about 3 sizes too small and the material is absolute garbage. I tried to return the product and Japan-Clothing did not reply. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Stay away!

Only sent me 1 of my 5 items

They post they have items for sale but then state they do not have it stock. Don't post you have something when you don't. I requested my money back and will never shop with a place like this again. Stay away!

Scam, made order for jinbei in 2023, reminded about order few month later(they proposed to return money, i wanted to get my order so asked to process it), no money no jimbei. Dont order here

Its the worst company ever and I am not joking. I ordered 3 shirts and some laterns - I received 3 shirts in a size which is made for people triple size and no laterns at all. I was promised to get the rest later, nothing happened. They a refund was promised, noting happened. Now its May and I am still waiting for my refund. Customer communication is poor and service low. Dont buy anything there, believe me...

The items ordered were shipped in a plastic bag. The shoes were cut, scuffed and damaged. The email provided on their website does not work and they do not respond for a return or exchange. Beware this product is not from Japan. It looks very cheap.

Not only was it an unbelievable journey just to eventually get my deliver but when I did it was a complete waste of my money and my time. The top I ordered feels like paper and went straight into the bin, The cardigan is a cheap rag. A waste of €100. Don't do it!

This is a scam and blatantly stealing website. They don't deserve any star rating, I swear I would crush them into a hundred pieces if I knew who they were. They created a website that looks professional from Japan, but in reality it is just a cheap front for professional Chinese scammers. Please stay away and don't order anything if you stumble across this site, I lost $54 and got nothing in return but cheap apologies with explanations that looked like they were worth it trust like "we are having personnel problems" but in fact those are just lies to justify their criminal actions.

They don't ship at all, and don't do refund, since almost 3 month. I think they are just grabbing money and it's more like a theft company.
