Jali Arvostelua

It was very easy to design the desk I wanted on their website - it did take a lot of measuring and playing around with the design, but it had the benefit of coming out much cheaper than buying a standard flat pack desk from a shop, and I was able to add holes for my cables to go through the desk which turned out to be so helpful for tidy cables.

The wood is also high quality and the edging didn't start coming away like another company I used before.

Made to measure bookcase. Easy online design tool, great options and brilliant communication regarding delivery. All round great experience. Would definitely use again.

A really good experience with this company. Excellent quality radiator cover, simply to put together and feels very solid. Would highly recommend them.

Fab company to deal with. Good Comms and great product . Arrived well packaged and is exactly what I wanted.

Helpful, professional and always get a great result. Would definitely recommend and also will use again in the future.

It was a pleasure to deal with Jali - great customer service throughout the whole process and the product didn’t fail to meet expectations either. The radiator cover was nicely crafted and simple to assemble. Would highly recommend.

Items delivered on time, no damage, very well protected.
Excellent quality and design, straight forward assembly to form a strong unit.
Overall finish very good. Definitely recommend this company

The shelving unit we ordered was exactly what we were hoping for and very fair value. The online design tool made it easy to order what we wanted. Everyone we spoke to (once for help while designing, once to arrange a delivery time and then the delivery man) was friendly, helpful and efficient. The order was delivered sooner than expected, too. We definitely plan to order from Jali again. Thank you!

I have had three bespoke radiator covers from this company and the quality and fit is superb they are beautifully made the best I’ve seen on the market
The customer service team are excellent, polite, professional and knowledgeable

Great products. I have bought from Jali on several occasions and have never been disappointed. From using the website to delivery, I cannot fault their service. The customer service is brilliant.

We've had 3 radiator covers and a request to supply parts to modify one of them. Each time the transaction has been very smooth. The customer interface is first class - real customer service.
We did have one minor issue which was resoled very quickly without any drama. I like these guys and would highly recommend.

The delivery was on time and well packaged. It has made a beautiful contribution to our home. With lots of comments from visitors

JALI supplied a bespoke pelmet for one of our clients projects. Very helpful and professional and the finish on the product was way above our expectations, allowing us to complete our clients refurbishment to their (and our) considerable satisfaction.

“An Excellent Product from a Company with Great Customer Services.

I ordered a self designed bookcase from the great folks at Jali. The website has a really easy to use design page with many options for size, style, colour etc and, if you’ve got any questions, their customer services are great. Communication with Jali is easy. As mentioned in other testimonials, it’s not the cheapest ‘flat pack’ furniture; however, it is quality. The instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to build - this one needed help as it weighs 300kg! My only - very minor - complaint is that, if anything it’s TOO WELL made: putting the shelves together (I have 5 bookshelves attached by bolts) required EXACTLY placing the shelves together for the screw to meet the bolt. I made the pilot hole 1mm wider; after that it was easy.

This is a great bit of furniture and I expect it to last longer than I do! I’m already planning my next bit of Jali furniture!”

My go to company for custom radiators covers. They are always well packaged, the quality of the MDF and the way they have been cut is second to none. My latest cover I opted for a pre-primed finish. This saved hours of time especially on the fret work so in future would now always opt for this extra. All in all I am always pleased with the service and products that Jali provide.

Even before purchasing the information and advice was excellent. Once our alcove shelving turned up, you could tell the product was quality, and the fixtures and fittings were incredibly precise. Overall, it felt like a personalised service and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jali.

This is our second radiator cover, first was such a hit we ordered a second when renovating the next room in our house. Really pleased with the finish and assembly was easy enough. Would recommend.

After searching online, I finally found this company and I'm so glad I did. In total over the past year I have purchased 5 custom radiator covers which have been placed around our home.
The quality of their stuff is super quality and very simple to put together. The sales and after care sales are spot on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering purchasing something from them.

Excellent customer service.
I received the pelmets in the timescale promised. Easy to paint to match my room decor and put up.
Extremely pleased. Highly recommended!
