I bought a Jaipur rug thru lowes
I bought a Jaipur rug thru lowes. 5 months later, there are now actual bald spots in the rug. We are a family of 2, one dog. We take our shoes off in house, guests do the same. We vacuum the rug 3 times a week. It's in my living room.
Parts of the rug now have come up missing. Mostly where there is little to no foot traffic. Bald spots. Lowes says they won't take it back. Jaipur passes communication back to Lowe's. I paid a significant cost for this rug only to receive poor quality.

Do not buy from here unless you want an old, discoloured rug
Ordered a rug from here as (being Indian) I really wanted an Indian designed/made rug. The rug design is lovely however the colours are quite faded in places - it looks a couple of years old rather than brand new. I tried getting in touch with the company and was directed to the rug care team. It took weeks to hear back and the response was to get the rug dry clean. Not sure why I should have to pay to dry clean a rug I have purchased new and when I asked this, once again I have had no responses. The phone numbers listed on the website do not ring so there’s no way to contact the business. All in all, a bad experience, I would not recommend them.

The quality of the Rug is superior
The quality of the Rug is superior, the colour is very live and originals. I would like to mention that the weaving technique is too good. Very much satisfied with the hand knotted rugs.

Nice Rug and helpful staff
The web content is really nice and helps in selecting rug per one’s choice. Mohammed Salman has helped end to end over whatsapp - from order acceptance, payment processing, to keeping advised on the order status. The courier service was good, timely delivery. Lost and found
I had ordered a rug and paid for express delivery so I could carry it overseas with me. I was quite put off to receive the wrong rug and the (nameless) customer service person who I was in whatsapp contact with initially, did not respond to messages.
Fortunately, Salman's name and number were listed on the website and he was quick to respond and follow through with tracking the missing rug.
Since I had run out of time to have the carpets swapped, I asked for direct delivery to my address overseas at no extra cost to me (Frankly, this should have been offered by the company).
I did need to send a few reminders but the final delivery was quick and efficient.
I am very pleased with the product and would consider purchasing again.

The delivery was awful
The delivery was awful. Inspite of raising the issue, i still had to follow up. The customer service from Jaipur rugs just didn't do anything.
