Great quality & beautiful!
After a disappointing experience with another rug retailer, I was really cautious and hesitant ordering a rug that I have not seen in real, but the team at Jaipur Rugs (esp Urvashi) was amazing throughout - being very patient sharing photos, videos, actual measurements and guidance - delivery was smooth and i am in love with my new rug from the Daaira range - the photos online are true to life and i can fully recommend Jaipur Rugs - I already have my second order placed now!

High quality rugs, great sales experience
After looking everywhere for wool mix rugs that fix our uniquely sized space, we ended up deciding on a custom sized rug from Jaipur Rugs based on one of their standard designs. The online quoting and interaction with their sales staff via e-mail was smooth and reasonably quick (usually less than 24 hours). We did had some hiccups with credit card payment as our card issuer thought their payment system was fraudulent.
Note that it did take several weeks (as they had quoted) for the rug to be manufactured and shipped to us. It was well packed and shipped via FedEx, and exactly as expected.

Horrible experience
RESPONSE TO THEIIR REPLY: of course you would say that you don’t have any record of me. My company name is my personal name,, you can look up the order number, and you know that it exists. Stop avoiding accountability
it took three attempts to get me a rug that was not damaged. Original rug came damaged, it was literally stabbed by a forklift and had holes through it, it was replaced again and same thing. Finally got me the third rug after nonstop emails, ensuring that it would be properly wrapped in cardboard and a very unhappy client . This had to go through my customs broker three times, took me countless hours to resolve, deal with CBSA , get reimbursed for my brokerage and duties which were never right because they were in a different currency. I will never be shopping with them again and would never recommend Jaipur to anybody in the industry or to clients , this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any supplier in 15 years. Eight months later I’m still working on this disaster

I had bought a couple of rugs on sale and after receiving them, I felt I had not picked the right ones. I contacted their customer service and I cannot believe how prompt and helpful there were. After accepting my return and getting the rugs back, Abin George followed up several times to see if he could help me pick another rug. He made the whole process so simple! A delight to deal with this company
After some disappointing experiences with local retailers it was such a great experience to buy our beautiful new rug from Jaipurrugs.
From first contact to receipt the service was excellent with delightful people to correspond with.

Beautiful rugs, very poor customer service
The rugs are beautiful and high quality for sure. Unfortunately, their customer service is not. We ordered a rug in mid November (Order # JR18063). In December, they sent us an email with the picture of the rug. Unfortuantely, it was much lighter than the picture on the website and did not suit our decor. We requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. That was 2 weeks ago. We have contacted them twice since and no reply, no cancelation confirmation, and no refund.
UPDATE: Thank you for the prompt response and action. It is frustrating that it took this review to get your company’s attention. If the refund had been processed when we first asked for it 2 weeks ago, this review would have been rated much higher. I would not have hesitated to try to order from your company again, but after this experience, I’m honestly not sure.

Gorgeous rugs and amazing customer service
The rugs are gorgeous, but what I love even more is the amazing customer service. Jaipur rugs lives up to its name for beautiful and designer carpets. Their online store is aptly supported by their sales team and Ruchika helped visualize and finalise the design as per our needs. One thing to keep in mind is that they do take 5-6 weeks to manufacture the custom rugs. So thinking that the process can speed up is wishful thinking. Terrible Customer Service
A few days ago I posted a review noting that Jaipur Rugs customer service is completely non-responsive. They did comment on my post, saying "Please email us at our email or call +917665435212, and we’ll prioritize your request". First, the phone number is in India, and I should not have to pay for an international call for a rug sold in the United States. Second, I did send a note to the email indicated, and three days later, NOTHING. As I mentioned in my first post, the products are great, but they clearly have no interest whatsoever in supporting their sales or their customers.

Lovely rugs from lovely people.
I have purchased three large rugs from Jaipur rugs - all the way from India to the a tiny island off the coast of SW England. They are all beautiful. Two are relatively conservative designs, the other a beautiful bright yellow abstract which is a work of art. The colours are very true to the website. The quality is fabulous. The customer service is impeccable. And their business ethos is really special (if you don’t know about them I’d suggest looking them up. A company with a proper social conscience). If I had more floors I would buy more carpets from them!
