Admitted the mot or inspection wasn’t done correctly and sent me on my way 100 miles with binding breaks and a slashed tyre.

Cannot get contact from anyone now I want compensation for my issues. Sent car back for repair they haven’t done anything lied and threaten to charge me for storage.

I could run a garage better on my own would not recommend to anyone

I saw their ad on Autotrader, I booked an appointment with them at 5pm and told them I was coming from London which is 4hrs away by train. Once I arrived they made me sit in the waiting area for 15 mins only to tell me the car is at a different location. When I asked why the car was not ready as I made an appointment the guys reply was “we are busy” he then took me to their other showroom where the car is located and the vehicle was nothing as it is in the pictures. Dents and scratches everywhere with the tyre threads not in the legal limit. The car was at the corner surrounded by other cars so I could not test drive and he refused to move the other cars. The guy told me to come back to the office and discuss figures. They wanted to pressure me to buy the car and told me I need to make a decision now. Everyone I spoke to from that office always say one thing, “are you here to buy or just view” I need to view the car to buy!! Very unprofessional. They sat me down and an old grumpy man was going through figures and gave me a terrible deal. When I said I was not interested he made a face like a pitbull and told me to leave. I don’t know how they are in business. I spent £300 to get there and back. They need to refund me for this. Absolute mess. Do not waste your time buying cars from this establishment. I purchased an S Class the next day in cash (£20,000) from somewhere else. That place is employed by under 20 year olds who have no clue what they are doing. Avoid at all costs

The staff were very helpful and informative, I asked if they could look at a few minor defects on the vehicles bodywork prior to purchasing which they carried out straight away.

Would not have a problem recommending to friends and family.

Spotted a fault on the video I Seen of the Veh, told it was fixed. It wasn't. When I received the car it was empty of fuel, and lucky to get to the fuel station. Check engine light on and Veh was in limp mode. Took it local auto centre for an inspection it was pointed out faults, main one being a propshaft had been removed, very little contact with hollie and she asked me to get a quote for fitting a prop, now after the quote offered me 1/2 towards the repair stating it didn't mean liability. Now going through legal avenue to return Veh and be reimbursed monies and losses.

Havent received the car yet it comes tomoz but omg hollie the sales rep who has dealt with me all the way threw . She is absoloutly amazing she has gone above and beyond in more ways than one swapping agreements for me arranging warrenty n talked me threw all parts i was stuck with . She sounds like the perfect employee shud be rewarded for her full on customer care thanks hollie for everthing hope your appreciated there

Had to take them to court to get my deposit back.
Unscrupulous second hand car sellers that you should avoid at all costs ...they will tell you anything ... strongly advise the public to avoid this outfit.

I want to share my terrible experience with Jagland. From the day I collected the car, it had numerous issues, and I told your team about them, but nobody listened. The very next day, the car broke down and wouldn’t start. I was told to use the breakdown cover I paid £2,500 for, but when I contacted VAT-registered garages, none of them accepted it because they didn’t know about it.

I kept trying to get help from Jagland, but I got no proper response or support. Frustrated, I took the car to a Jaguar specialist garage, and the technician told me not to spend any more money on the car because the engine was about to seize — there was massive smoke coming out of the engine oil cap. Despite all this, Jagland refused to fix the issues.

Eventually, said i will escalate to police complaint then only they settled issue.I had a very stressful and disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Jagland to anyone.

I wanted a car they had and the sale was easy

A great deal from first contact to collection. Kept well informed which was very important for me as I was travelling about 4hrs to collect the vehicle. It was as described. A very good example of a car of its age and mileage. An absolutely faultless 4hr drive home.
One slight point is it would have been good to have been offered a lift from train station to the garage to collet the car but that’s just a minor point.

Absolute definition of a dodgy back street garage!

The only reason I have given a 4 star rating and not 5 is because, one of the key fobs from the car I purchased doesn't work Hollie did change the battery, but when I got home it still didn't work.Holli has informed me that this will be covered in the free 12 months warranty I received.Over all a good experience and Hollie is very helpful and does a fantastic job.
