Looking for a 20" bike for my Granddaughter as Xmas present, first company had bad reviews for 2025, hunted further and saw Jack Stonehouse also Click & Collect option. Had to phone as on website after 4pm, OK lines very busy Friday morning, had 21 calls advising all lines busy, so sent an email, advising what I wanted, 5 mins later I managed to get through, Afaz answered, and said Mr Lane I was just going to call you from your email. brilliant service, organised to collect Elswick Cherish 20" after 14:30 that Friday, arrived at 15:03 and box waiting, nice guy loaded it for me, well packaged and just had a quick look, all present and ready to assemble closer to Xmas, great experience guys, 5 out of 5 all around.

Extremely well packed and delivered on time. Very easy to damage the paintwork but it arrived in perfect condition.

Terrible courier - fantastic customer service. Item was delivered when we were not home and left leaning against my front door on a busy road (despite us having a side entrance where it could have been left discreetly and safely). Was missing on our return - Customer Service have been fantastic and sorted this out for us quickly and efficiently. Very impressed and will definately be back.

The service I received from Jack Stonehouse was absolutely fantastic.
I ordered on a Friday it arrived on the Monday.
Packaging was very good and secure.

Arrived at a later time than advised but on the same day. Some marking on arms and canopy but nothing too noticeable when fully extended - takes some work to extend but a good exercise workout

Two bin storage hinges bad instructions poor very flimsy I wish I never bought it

I called regarding a faulty battery charger for a golf cart I had purchased a couple of months ago. I got through immediately which was refreshing and spoke to a great guy called Afaz. He handled my problem quickly and easily and was very helpful, especially as I had lost my order details which he handled without any issue. A replacement was agreed, which he said if I emailed before noon and made it for his attention he would personally ensure it was set out and would be with me within 2 days. True to his word he responded he had dealt with it. Can't speak highly enough of the experience and Afaz. I rarely do reviews but I do think great service needs recognition. The whole process including the original order was handled really well and I would not hesitate to recommend the company or the ater sales service.

I had a query about the warranty of my electric trolley and received a very helpful response within 24 hours which answered my question in an excellent manner.
The customer service rep Bee was extremely supportive, friendly and I would highly recommend the customer service department to anyone who has a problem.
Overall I had an excellent experience and look forward to buying more products in the future.

I felt I had to write about my experience with Jack stonehouse.Their service is fantastic.while other companies take forever to reply to emails they reply extremely quickly. Although I had a slight problem with one of their products they sorted it out to my satisfaction.I cannot praise them enough for their customer service which is second to noneI strongly recommend this company and would definitely use them again

Ordered a wooden double bin storage in grey, arrived as stated, well packaged and seems decent quality. Looks good when complete and does the job, the construction instructions are a little poor regarding the support struts, not very clear but otherwise good product and good value compared to others.

Needed a lighter golf trolley through a back injury. This looked like the answer and so it proved to be. Much lighter than my former highly praised top rate trolley but appears sturdy and has a lighter battery which still lasts more than one round. Communication good and quick, safe delivery.

Bought an electric golf trolley for a very reasonable price. It was easy to assemble and is very good quality. Nothing else compares.

Much better quality than pergolas you’d find on places like Amazon and Ikea..and good value for money. Quality steel used to support the structure. I’m not going to lie, it is a chew to construct! Felt you needed a degree in engineering to mount this structure so had to ask a friend to help. It has transformed my back decking area and made my summer. Looks like something straight out of a magazine! Will enjoy those Indian summer nights in Sept 😊

Brilliant service, fast delivery, quickly deals with any issues.

Only criticism is you can't get through on the phone, I prefer to speak to someone rather than communicate by email.

I contacted Jack Stonehouse about a problem with an electric golf trolley that I bought from them earlier this year.
The service I received was fantastic and could not have been more helpful.
It appears that part of the trolley is faulty. The problem was clearly understood and a replacement part offered with out question.
I'm very satisfied and happy to recommend Jack Stonehouse.

1st September 2024 I was working The British Masters at the Belfry for DP World Tour. That Sunday, I joined my match and put my notebook in my hand. It fell on the floor. I thought it was me being clumsy. But as the round went on, I noticed I was struggling to grip. On finishing, I handed in my radio and headed home back to Loughborough. Thinking I had trapped a nerve in my left arm, I went to the Urgent Treatment Centre. There I was told I was suffering a Stroke!
After a period on the Stroke Ward at Leicester Royal Infirmary and home visits from the Stroke team i regained manipulation in my left hand & arm.
I realised that I would no longer be able to carry my bag.
Enter Jack Stonehouse and the 36 hole Pro Rider trolley!
This gave me the freedom to carry on my favoured sport.😁
5th August 2025, I contacted Jack Stonehouse to ask for assistance with the battery now no longer lasting more than 16 holes of golf.
Their rapid response and communication via emails was "second to none"
After a few questions and myself sending a few emails after my round of golf on 9th August, I received an email 11th August to say that they would order a replacement battery and I should receive within 2-5 working days!😁

Absolutely amazing customer service, my box was damaged and as it was a present I asked to change it, they sorted it out promptly with no issues. I also asked to return an item, again they sorted it out straight away. Outstanding, will definitely recommend.
