Jackson-Stops Arvostelua

After struggling with some noise issues with the rental property we had recently moved into Martina from the Property Management Team was incredibly sympathetic, helpful and professional figuring out how we could get the issue resolved quickly with the letting agents. Would certainly recommend!

This is a well established and professional company that has been in business for over 100 years and certainly this shows and is witnessed from the keen staff to the partners from top to bottom. Someone once told me that moving home was more stressful that having a child. Being a man I can’t attest to that but my wife can and it is. But with a superb partner like Anthony Inskip you are in superb and experienced hands He is the cool hand Luke of JS and he carries you through the tough days
My wife and I have moved constantly in our 45 year careers some 14 houses. This 15th and hopefully last happy move has been in the hands of ardent professionals Jackson Stops

The Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury were extremely efficient and professional in the handling of our sale as well as being lovely people to deal with. We were so pleased to have chosen them to sell our property, which incidentally sold within a week - couldn't be happier.

Many thanks for all your efforts!

I have had a difficult experience with Jackson-Stops not understanding how to deal with the sharing of the ownership of my flat with my daughter. However, Property Manager Jess Lynagh who liaised between myself and her management was exemplary, she listened, understood the issue and was always prompt in her replies and persistent in resolving the problem.

I have recently started to use Jackson-stops Weybridge office.
I am extremely pleased with the excellent property management services provided by Loren Pogue. I have been renting properties for over 20 years and a I can honestly say that Loren is one of the best I have come across & would like take this opportunity to personally thank her.

We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent personal service from Anthony. Kept us informed of progress on the house we were buying from his client. All queries sorted out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend him and Jackson Stops

Anthony did a brilliant job of supporting us through our purchase. It was a fairly tricky chain but Anthony was extremely proactive and led on communication with all parties. Thank you

We would like to offer special thanks to Jackson Stops in Burnham Market. Tim, at the outset, then Carolyn and Jo, were always extremely professional and competent as well as calm and very pleasant, steering us through the sale. We certainly appreciated this help and would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

From us finding a house we liked to making an offer, the agent - Samantha, was always approachable and helpful. Samantha monitored the selling process diligently giving us constant updates when there were delays and negotiating with parties when there were was a hold up. Unexpectedly, the first sale was withdrawn after a protracted period and Samantha delivered the unwelcome news sensitively and then went out of her way to find suitable alternatives. Samantha was very caring and diplomatic when dealing with some of the questions I posed and when considering a suitable alternative. All the staff that answered the phone in the Newmarket Office were extremely approachable. Our experience spanned seven months.

I've known the team at Jackson Stops Newmarket for many years and every time I see them they come up trumps!

Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the property that she had showed me. She was able to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. I would gladly work with them in the future.

Excellent valuation service and after care, Anthony was polite and courteous

Staff extremely professional. Helpful and supportive throughout the sale process. Gave feedback on every viewing. Liaised with solicitors and kept me in the loop during the whole process.

I have dealt with the Jackson Stops Team in Bury St Edmunds in recent weeks and the service has been fantastic. Highly recommend their services.

We had two great viewings of a property with Tracy from the Jackson Stops Woburn office. Although we decided not to proceed with this particular house, Tracy was superb in showing us around the property and made it a very enjoyable experience; patient, knowledgeable and fun. We felt completely at ease when looking around, and any questions afterwards were very promptly responded to. Would totally recommend.

Pip, Tim, Chris and Louise in the Reigate branch were all very professional, supportive and proactive when it came to selling our house recently. They made a potentially stressful time a lot less stressful!

Thanks Karl at South-West Lancashire Jackson Stopps.
Very professional throughout the whole sales process keeping all parties in touch for a successful sale

I recently enlisted the services of Jackson-Stops to sell my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, Anthony and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible results for me.
Throughout the entire process, I felt supported by their expert guidance. They provided valuable insights into the local market trends, helped me understand the optimal pricing strategy, and offered practical suggestions for preparing my home for sale.
One of the standout aspects of my experience was their exceptional marketing using a variety of channels to showcase my property, including high-quality photographs, engaging descriptions, and targeted online campaigns. Their proactive approach ensured that my listing received maximum exposure, attracting numerous potential buyers.
When it came to negotiating offers, Jackson-Stops truly excelled. Their negotiation skills were evident as they advocated on my behalf, securing a favourable price. I appreciated their transparency and ability to navigate the negotiation process with professionalism and finesse.
The closing process was handled with precision and efficiency, thanks to the meticulous attention to detail that they demonstrated. They kept me informed every step of the way, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring a seamless transition to the new owners.
In conclusion, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Anthony and his team at Jackson-Stops. Selling a home can be a daunting task, but they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction truly set them apart.

We purchased a property via Jackson Stops Newmarket. The team were very friendly, professional and motivated to keep the chain together, especially when it got rocky. Their experience and reach to others within the industry e.g. mortgage brokers, was very helpful and positively contributed to the outcome. Special mention for Sam, she is an absolute STAR, your employer should be very glad to have you!
