Jackson-Stops Arvostelua

Jackson-Stops Newmarket office handled the sale of my mother's house for us. The property is unusual and they identified the key distinctive features, advised a well-pitched price and produced a beautiful comprehensive brochure generating even more serious interest than we hoped for. These are not easy times for the housing market but the service we received was positive and professional throughout, entirely on top of the details of the property and the negotiations. The team anticipated challenges with sound advice and understanding. Every enquiry and call was handles with admirable promptness and personal attention, steering the sale to a successful completion. Outstanding service.

I have written to their complaints about my experiance renting from a property in Canterbury area. Had CO leak. Unsafe property,Not respectful or honest messages from agent and property owner.

Sales consultant Johnny Hyslop was amazing, incredibly efficient and a constant support moving flats - a complex operation with many moving parts but nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he worked tirelessly for me and my buyer to secure a smooth transition. Jackson Stops Pimlico & Westminster is absolutely first rate. The advice I received was thoughtful, wise and incredibly helpful throughout - and my sincere thanks also to Harry Buchanan.

Jackson provided good service.

Alice,

We had a fantastic experience of Jackson-Stops over the course of our three-year tenancy. The team were always professional, efficient, and approachable. The flat was in great condition and any issues that came up in the ordinary course were handled quickly by Jackson-Stops. This agency respects their tenants and landlords, would recommend working with Jackson-Stops.

We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way.

We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful.

The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with.

Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

the best estate agents around, truly a seamless and easy experience, moving/renting/referencing can be really stressful but the team make things really quick and stress free.

the girl who moved me into my property is no longer with the company but the level of professionalism is still brilliant. i had a leak which was resolved really quickly, their communication with this issue and in general was 10/10.

they really do set an example of how estate agents should be 👏🏼💘

Very pleased with Jackson-Stops Estate Agents. They were very proactive in marketing & selling our property in Slough. They have a good on line presence and regularly updated us on viewings. It was easy to check on progress via their link. In particular, Teegan was proactive in the process and secured a successful sale.
Highly recommended!

I have used JS for letting and managing my property for over 20 years and they have always been excellent. The team makes a huge effort to ensure everything is going smoothly and gives useful advice and suggestions in the process. A special mention goes to Tom (lettings) and Jess (property management) for doing a brilliant job in a recent letting/re-decoration of the property.

Sam and all the staff very kindly went above and beyond to make my house purchase possible. Very happy to recommend. Delightful people, fabulous service, thank you.

The whole sales team at Jackson Stops - Ed, Sam, Emma and Kelly were so helpful with our recent purchase. They had scouted properties, and been good negotiators on our behalf. It felt like they took a real interest in helping us beyond our expectation. Highly recommend.

Freddie Dryden from the Lindfield office gave us great personal attention and followed through on all aspects of the sale. We had already tried to sell through another agent without success. Freddie sold the house within weeks and was diligent in communicating status of sales process and following up with the buyer enabling a relatively quick sale

A huge thank you to Freddie and the rest of the team at Jackson Stops Lindfield. Freddie helped us buy our dream home and assisted us through the whole process.
Freddie is professional, efficient and a thoroughly nice gent. Thanks again!

We recently sold our flat on Sutherland Street through the Pimlico office and would highly recommend the team there. Their local knowledge, expertise and advice throughout the sales process was extremely helpful and saved valuable time and expense. When the first buyer could not progress, they quickly found a replacement and we managed to complete within the original timeframe. A big thank you to Harry, Hamish and Johnny - it was a pleasure working with you!

I met Toby Whittome, a Director at the Jackson Stops office in Lindfield, at a neighbour’s Christmas cocktail party. As my wife and I were pondering selling our house the following spring/summer, I spent quite a few minutes peppering Toby with a number of questions. I immediately liked his manner – patient, detailed, humorous and tolerant of me chewing up his time away from the office.

We have now sold our house with Toby brokering the deal. Despite knowing that I was going to use him, we interviewed a number of other companies. None of them had the manners nor manner that I wanted in my partner for this deal. As a foreigner, I am fascinated about the strong opinions that homeowners or buyers have about property agents. The English system is far from simple and there are numerous opportunities to fail. Ours had the typical ebbs and flows but it certainly didn’t feel like it. Like anything you get what you pay for and I, possibly, didn’t pay enough so we got a steal. In fact, the process was seamless, lacked the gravitas of what a transaction of this size could have had and was just plain enjoyable…except for the moving of possessions part. I queried Toby robustly about his strategy and the process and ultimately deferred to him despite having worked in property in the past.

I would strongly suggest you use Toby and his team. He may not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you what he knows. If that is not what you want to hear or he sounds uncertain, that is the reality of the market, the process, the English system and he will still know more than you do. You are in good hands. I should know. Best of luck.

Great help from Emily, really appreciate her. She is an asset to Jacksons stop

We sold our house through Jackson Stops, Bury St Edmunds, finally completing earlier in the year.
Throughout the rather prolonged process (caused by complications in the chain) the agent, Rosanna Diaper couldn’t have been more helpful. She worked very hard to keep the chain together and constantly kept us in the picture.
Of all the professionals we dealt with, she was the one who “went the extra mile” and in our view was mainly responsible for steering the process to a satisfactory conclusion.

Jackson-Stops in Bury St Edmunds, and especially the wonderful Ro, provided an excellent all-round service.

Friendly and supportive, they kept us well informed and we felt they were really there for us throughout the process. We got great advice and recommendations and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Wimbledon office: Very attentive professional and to the point. Definitely a go-to agency fir goid options.

Our experience of buying with Jackson Stops was second to none. Anthony was friendly and helpful for both of our viewings, and an excellent communicator. He really pushed to get our purchase through, and this made a real difference to the speed of sale. If we were to ever list our beautiful new home, we would certainly choose Jackson stops.
