Jackson-Stops Arvostelua

Very helpful when getting settled in to the property and quick to answer any questions! Thanks to the team

In what was initially heralded as a 'tricky' market, your Bridport / Dorchester team secured the early sale of my 17th Century thatched cottage, achieved far in advance of my expectations. My particular thanks goes to Philip German-Ribon who resisted my early suggestion of a higher marketing value, by persuading me of the importance of setting the initial asking price appropriately to respond to prevailing market conditions. To receive and hold sale at the asking price was more than I could have reasonably expected. Congratulations to Philip, Michelle Wilkins and all their colleagues for guiding my sale through the marketing process! Greatly appreciated!

We have recently purchased a house using Jackson Stops and Brian was very helpful throughout. He was always in communication and his experience as an estate was a real bonus, owing to the fact that our house sale wasn’t straightforward

I recently sold my property through Jackson-Stops Sevenoaks .The knowledge of the market led to a quick sell of my property . Big thank you to Chris and Gaynor for their guidance which took away my stress of moving .

Very good brochure and a great amount of publicity.

Attentive staff who were helpful all the way through to the sale.

Rosanna Diaper’s personal service made the stress of selling and buying a house bearable. She and the other staff at Jackson-Stops always answered queries, returned calls and kept us up-to-date with progress. Nothing but praise from start to finish.

Highly recommend! Laura from the rental department (Bury St Edmunds branch) has always demonstrated exemplary professionalism and efficiency. The process of enquiring, applying for and subsequently renting a property through Jackson Stops has been easy to navigate and thus a positive experience.
Many thanks once again to Laura!

My Grade 11 listed property with numerous contraventions proved extremely difficult to sell over an extended period of time. The presentation and marketing attracted multiple viewings, but potential purchasers were not prepared to accept the cover provided by the unambiguous, comprehensive indemnity.
Despite the uphill head wind battle, my agents accepted I could not accept any of the numerous low ball offers and persevered and eventually got it over the line. Since I'm away a lot I entrusted the agents to open up and show to house and I cannot think of one area where they fell short or wanting in their combined effort. On several occasions I overheard Tracy as she patiently explained details, her nuanced thinking combined with her personality just hit the right note every time.
There is no doubt the whole team at Woburn office are great but I must give a shout out to both Tracy and Anthony for the very professional job they did on behalf. Thank you all very much !!

Many thanks for your professionalism and sound market advice. You’re a great team and fun to work with. We are delighted you have secured a fantastic result for us in terms of both price and speed of sale - it took less than 8 weeks from the start of marketing to exchange and a further 2 weeks to completion which smashed our expectations.

Very efficient and thorough in terms of communication and ensuring the process moved along at a good pace. Were also very accommodating and supportive in terms of allowing us to view the property throughout the process. Very happy in our first home.

Excellent service all round

Chloe at the Newmarket branch has been very helpful to us in making our experience as simple and straightforward as possible. Jackson Stops Newmarket is always quick to respond and thorough in their support.

From first viewing to exchange of contracts in less than three weeks. I think that says it all. An exceptional team. Thank you.

First class professional service. Cannot recommend Simon enough. He went above and beyond in our recent purchase. Wendy helpful whenever I called the office. Would recommend for buying or selling. First class service.
