Becky has been absolutely incredible throughout our journey- an outstanding example of what an estate agent should be. We were first time buyers, with quite little knowledge around how things work etc. Becky was incredibly approachable, always responded quickly and chased/ supported with anything and everything. I have lived in Northampton since 2014 and moved house 3 times. Each time I have ended up using Jackson Grundy to either buy or sell and I can hands down say they are by far the best estate agents in Northampton. The communication, effort and friendliness is second to none. On this occasion I sold through them and Becky from the Duston branch handled the sale which without her would have been a very stressful process. She went above and beyond for us. When people complain about estate agent fees I can vouch to say Jackson Grundy are worth every penny and would highly recommend for selling your house!
