After spending 9 months trying to sell my House with another agent i changed to Jacobs Steel Lancing and things started to move straight away. Good, photos, descriptions, distribution etc.and viewings in the first week with offers shortly after. Friendly supportive discussions which showed a drive to sell and Professionalism. He is proactive making timely interventions and has constant liaison between buyer, sellers and their solicitors to ensure conveyance runs as smooth as possible. He is second to none. I can’t praise them enough. I had 15 viewings in 2 weeks which led to an offer on my house. THINK MAYBE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

I was trying to establish rental agreement information., for a couple of properties.

Staff were rude, ignorant and as unhelpful as they could be, whilst staying within the boundary of the law.

I would like this to be taken as Formal Notice that a complaint will follow regarding potential fraud and Data protection violations.

With a very difficult market & protracted timescale Jack & Rachel finally got us over the line. Pleasure dealing with them & all the J&S team & would definitely recommend
