Worst ever support
Worst ever support. Plus the service doesn’t even work. I tried calling t-Mobile to fix the issue and they said I’m not the authorized user. You can’t even reach them. Is this Scam?? Because I paid over $100 dollars for this plan.

Got monthly service just recently with a cut off the week after I signed up. Customer support are slow at responding and when they do, its normally a totally different person so you end up having to explain the whole situation again. Trying to explain how an email chain works to them would be like pulling teeth, they're that bad

Worst support ever. One month in advance I wrote e-mail to update my plan to unlimited data (wrote 3 emails) and I have got no response. After month they cut my again they basic rate.

The worst provider ever
The worst provider ever! I extended my phone plan every month and they blocked my number two times without no reason. I stuck on the traffic in the middle of the day with no signal! Then they helped me to solve my problem and it happened the today day too! Also, they have the most unresponsible customer support I've ever seen. They didn't response me few hours.
Terrible experience. Never again! I'm so disappointed, this service should help J1 interns but with j1 sims, it's even worse. I'm so upset. Still without signal using wifi in the town.

Trustworthy
Trustworthy - competent and good service.
I have been using J1sim for almost 2 years, never had an issue with.
The network is fine, not the best one but with unlimited talk worldwide, you can't complaint.
