Terrible experience - The starter (Cheese Soufflé) seemed undercooked and the main (Pasta) we can only liken to cheap Minestrone soup (Very watery and tasteless - Would NOT Recommend - Avoid !

Don’t expect to get what is in the picture
The item is a cheap Chinese made version which is absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. In addition, returns are nearly impossible saying that you are responsible for shipping costs even though you received something that didn’t resemble what you believed you would be getting! Horrible experience!!

TOTAL SCAM
Total scam. Their glass mugs are cheap plastic and have an awful metal cup in the middle otherwise any hot drink would melt it. The advert says it is microwave safe but with that metal lining you will be blowing up your microwave! Comes from china and the images on the site, including the family are all AI generated. Totally fake and I got caught out. Don’t be the same! You will also find all their products for 1/4 the price on Temu it turns out, not that you would want any of this rubbish!

Total misrepresentation of goods
Total misrepresentation of goods. Supposedly artisan handmade items in the UK on sale due to a sob story showing the “family” and the “artist”. Neither true. Goods widely available at same price and company is actually selling goods despatched direct from China. Avoid. Customer service is so slick - tried to cancel 4 minutes after ordering when I realized my error to be told it was too late and my order was already in processing. Beware.
