Thank you very much for all the help and support

So very very concerning and reassuring people, obviously I was/still very ashamed of the situation I find myself in but these wonderful caring people have been there all the way to reassure me and advise me and still continue to do so, it’s a rare commodity these days people you do not know they actually take pride in the way they portray them self’s and communicate back to you
Thank you .

At a very stressful time I found this company and all the staff I dealt with, professional and efficent but also understanding and very helpful.

Excellent fast service... One more time Thank you

iva-expert.co.uk. were efficient and polite. They helped to take the worry out of my financial problem.

Professional friendly non judgemental, kept me fully up to date and acted promptly with any concerns I have had, i am finally able to breath, I cant thank them enough.

I have been in an IVa with Vanguard since April. They were fantastic at the start, I have just moved home, not ideal on an IVA, and i've had an increase in my pay so was concerned how this would affect me and my payments. I Called the team and was advised to email my documents over, I did and got a reply the same day and emailed back and forth with the lovely Meg Price. She was promt and efficient and could not have been more help, she is a credit to the company and this was easiest transaction with regards to my home move. I would defintiely recommend Vanguard based on my experience with Meg today. She was fantastic

Everything was done very professionally, and with dignity and decorum. I was made to feel like I was being looked after properly. I was spoke to like I mattered and was never made to feel uneasy. I would like to say a big thank you for everything.

Very perlite and explained everything and always ask me if I had any questions

I'm very happy for all the help you and your team have done for me. I would recommend your team to anyone who needs help. Thank you for your understanding and support in my time of need.

Very helpful, can't fault them
