I paid 90% of my debt, left with small amount to be paid.
Two days ago my contract was terminated, yet these clowns started threatening me, with court, agent with be sent to my house.
Seriously ???
They said they're disappointed that I didn't make the payment.

Two issues were submitted, one amount was one i had a judgement and court bailiffs had failed. Chameleon encouraged the serving of a statutory demand to wind up. A very quick resolve was agreed upon... my account manager advised the process along the way ensuring all amounts including costs we recovered.

Subsequently a second issue was handed completely different from the first issue. An outstanding disputed invoice. The team at Chameleon have proactivley processed and chased this and am pleased to say I have accepted payments to resolve.

I am now using other services provided that will reduce the amount of issues I have had.

Would recommended to those when other routes have not worked.

Local Landlord with a portfolio of commercial and private properties. All rent rental arrears are passed to Chameleon Collections have always done a decent job with varied success.
A more recent issue was dealt and resolved not requiring legal action which has impressed me hence the review.
Maybe old fashioned, but personally I like the human communication with the team rather than a portal or online platform, a rarity these days.
Will continue to recommend.

County Court Judgment Recovered within a short time window I had already obtained previously.

I have now submitted several unpaid invoices which i receive via managed payment plans.

Love the facility of the option for Chameleon to receive payments from the debtor ensuring timely payments and remitting amounts directly to me.

They have ensured that once i have given them the details they take complete control of the account.

Extremely concerning and dishonest experience.

Chameleon Collections present a polished and convincing sales pitch, but in reality there is very little substance behind it. Basic company details are difficult to verify on their website, which immediately raises concerns about transparency and accountability.

Communication has been virtually non-existent. Emails go unanswered and phone calls are not returned. When you are dealing with sensitive financial matters, this level of inaccessibility is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Clear, accurate information and open communication are fundamental expectations from any reputable firm — particularly one handling financial recovery. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I would not recommend this company. Proceed with extreme caution and ensure you independently verify all information in writing before engaging their services. I would also verify all other 5* reviews on this page for legitimacy as many others have called out.

Recently had to contact chameleon collections after them being recommended. Happy to say they was easy to deal with and more than helpful, highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone in need of their services.

Seems I am not the only one to have had a bad experience with Chameleon Collections! They were very quick to take money and over a year later we also are no further along!!! Please do not use this company!! Cant reach them on the phone, left multiple voicemails, complained by email no response. If their customers cant get hold of them how can our debtors?

Useless. Took my payment three years ago with no results or feedback. Chased up with difficulty twice and I felt they had done nothing in relation to my case.

Chameleon were fantastic in dealing with the money I instructed them to collect of a non-paying customer, within a matter of days of me instructing them they were in contact with the customer who owed us money and put enough pressure and professionalism on them that they made payment to us within a matter of just a few days, great service, I cannot fault them.

Chameleon have been excellent! They have quickly recovered several of my debtor accounts. They also frequently updated me on the progress which was great as initially I was sceptical about using debt recovery. But now I would highly recommend Chameleon and would definitely use again.

We have found Chameleon to be completely useless as the only thing they have managed to collect is our fee to them.
No customer care & whilst we have had some weak responses to our chaser emails asking for an update, everything points to little or no activity on their part. We instructed them over a year ago to help recover a debt. After hearing the details of our case they were very reassuring pointing out that they were experts in this field & had many tools in their armory which we wouldn't necessarily be able to use. After more than 1 year since instructing them to help us recover a debt nothing has happened.
My recommendation would be to avoid this company at all costs & save your money.

Do not be misled by the fake 5-star reviews. This company has failed to recover multiple debts owed to me, some in the four-figure range. They are impossible to contact, provide no updates, and worst of all, they have set up repayment plans with debtors on my behalf and kept the money themselves. This is deceitful and fraudulent behaviour.

Chameleon collections were recommended. They were Fast and effective with faster than expected result.
