Awful. No matter how much you complain nothing ever gets better. Why are these people still working as they clearly don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care.

1 star too generous! Permanent glitches (not on the adverts funnily enough) deleting app!

Absolutely unwatchable. Total trash. I've tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, changing DNS settings, and it still constantly freezes or crashes.

One star is honestly generous. I try to avoid watching anything on this app as it's by far the worst you'll ever encounter. It causes so much stress with constant buffering and will freeze your TV completely.
I assume it is called ItvX because it causes explicit language, and extreme hatred.
Utter dog sh*t and should be shut down.

So many adverts this has become unwatchable. They will lose my place in a series and when I have to skip I get another barrage of ads. Repetitive and without shame or regards for the viewer... I have given up trying to watch on this app. Its a shame because it would be a good app without being so greedy over the ads. Even with premium you get some ads. Its a total con...

Adverts are oppressive. Makes watching anything unbearable.

Adverts are far too frequent. Totally ruins the viewing experience. Probably done intentionally to encourage you to subscribe.

Get a grip!!! I can't believe how crap this platform is

I watch a lot of tv as I'm having cancer treatment so I'm not working. The most frustrating about Itvx is trying remove continue watching. The are no dots to click to remove programmes on TV app. AD FREE is not completely true as most films and us tv series have ads even if you go for premium
How can Itv absolutely ignore complaints about this service. It's disrespect for viewers.

What’s happening again? It’s been almost bearable for a few months but we’re back to buffering again to the point where it’s impossible to watch. It’s a shame they can’t make the platform more stable as some of the programmes are great but it’s an ongoing problem seemingly so they can’t be that bothered. I’d be furious if I was an advertiser.

It’s a real mixed feeling. The shows and content are good but the actual usability and in app experience are truly awful. Terrible controls ie ffwd etc which is clunky and feels like something from 15 years ago. The ads are incessant and of poor quality and repeated even more than watching actual ITV.

It’s disappointing because with little investment and innovation this has the back catalog to be a competitor for iPlayer but it’s not in the same league and gives a negative perspective to ITV in general

I would give zero stars if I could. Its horrendous. You play episodes then if you pause them, when you come back its reverted to the start of the episode. So you try and fast forward, it takes you back to the home page 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was in a circle of this for 10 minutes, it took me over an hour to watch a 40 minute episode. The app is so poor, especially in comparison to every other one out there. It needs soooo much work

Terrible, constant crashes

I have tried ITVX and it is awful, the programme is unwatchable due to the high volume of adverts. Don't even try it, they're forcing people to pay. It forced me to switch off.

Bring The Affair to ITVX but only put on 3 series!! How annoying. Have to wait until later in the year for series 4 and then wait until 2027 for series 5. Really disappointing. Whole point of putting box sets on is so you can watch all the series one after another until the end. Get your act together ITVX!!!

Half a star, shocking, can never continue where you left off because it takes you back to the beginning & then takes 10-15 minutes to forward to where you was when it froze
