ITS Technologies Arvostelua

Jonathan and Ben have been super helpful over the years helping us source products for various solar projects. Few businesses have the excellent customer service that ITS provide and the prices are great too. Keep up the good work.

Very easy to deal with , good communication , delivery and installation on time , very happy.
Highly recommend

Absolute nightmare with GSE inline solar trays from this supplier.

Seemingly lovely chaps, but supplied a GSE solar kit that was not fit for purpose (wrong flashings). No tech support / limited product knowledge. No solutions offered. Eventually (after literally months of hassle) offered partial refund for incorrect top flashings so I could purchase an alternative (as none in stock). 7 days later and still no refund received. Bank has no visibility of incoming payment. Refund less than the retail value of the flashings and roof is still off and leaking water after many months. Absolute disaster. Also ...avoid installing GSE on natural slate roof unless you have a big budget for lead and slate and a half tiles. Not worth it. And huge hassle / poor and inconsistent technical docs.

Decent price and collection from Hull was made very easy, item ready when I got there. Good company to deal with and I would use again in future.

Excellent, ordered solar panels, set a delivery date and turned up on time. I wish every company was like this.

Great company delivery was prompt
With no hassles at all

I have replied to this once stop keep asking me to review.

Was more expensive than others but delivery was two days on a pallet.
Seven days later and several phone calls the inverter arrived in a van with many other parcels on top of it.
As delivery on a pallet was extra this should have been refunded at the very least

Great web site to delivery . Good people - happy to do usiness with these guys.

I’ve ordered twice from ITS now, the service, especially the communication has been first class. I look forward to doing much more business with them in future.

Contacted I.T.S and had a few queries regarding a product, Got all the information i requested and the company went out and organised and arranged a pick up of goods from my local PV company, Fist class communications and first class service.

5x Pylontech 3.5kW batteries and 10 Solar panels and zero complaints about the entire process. Jonathan always answered my queries through to delivery. They were really helpful with the applying all promised discounts too. Highly professional and most competitive price I have seen so far. Will recommend in a heartbeat.

Very friendly, helpful service, early delivery. Thanks.

Great First class Company, Very helpful and very approachable when asking questions.
Product was first class, Great service and delivery.

Received good advice so purchased a new battery for my system and was deliver on the agreed date, well packed and easy to install

The team at ITS were really helpful for advising on all the components I need for a DIY solar install. The delivery was really quick and the driver went the extra mile to move the pallet into my garage. I would highly recommend.

Recently I have bought a PYLON-US5000 battery and 18 x JAM54S-30-415-GR-BF Solar Panels, and each transaction has been easy and straight forward.
