Bought an iphone 17e and within 5 days we had issues with the sound and connection issue.

They refused to return our money or allow us to get another device. They said they had to take it in for 6-8 business days.

Unacceptable service.

Awful experience in King’s Mall Paphos store with dreadful customer service from a salesman who talked over me and was rude, arrogant and patronising. We will never step foot in this store again.

Booked the Apple I Pod 3 Pro on line with their site showing available... travelled from Larnaca to pick them up but no stock, no apology but instead blamed me.
Some trumped up little muppet with a diabolical understanding of customer service.
To be avoided at all costs!!!

I placed an order for an iPhone 17 pro max on the 21st of September and i am still waiting to receive it (november 9 2025) while my friend who ordered one from another store got it 3 weeks ago. Also when i asked them they said it would take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. 1 star well deserved

19/09 – Pre-ordered an iPhone 17 Pro!

I received a message to pick up my order, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready at all! They told me I have to wait another 2–3 weeks.

Not even an apology! I waited in the queue for 2.5 hours!

NEVER AGAIN!

Never has any stock. Totally pointless store. Still waiting on over €2k in refund

They are hopeless.
They know absolutely nothing about iPhones. They offer no support at all
The staff can hardly be bothered to serve the customers.
Cyprus desperately needs a proper Apply Store as this dreadful establishment doesn’t currently have any competition. And they know it!

I went to istorm Nicosia , had one of the best experience there ……. I am a British citizen living in Cyprus for 12 years, the service I got there was excellent……I took my iPad for a trade in , knowing the true value. I was not expecting anything high actually, to my surprise the staff were exceptional, an amazing pretty girl named Maria at once helped me get up to the amount i was quoted by a gentleman at the cashier. the amount was the amount quoted in the USA and Britain “ i had already known the amount before going to istorm “ This is Cyprus ….establishments here are well below par , i know I have been here a long time, BUT as for istorm Nicosia they score 5stars , they have to my surprise hit world standards

I ordered a Apple Mac Mini from iStorm and paid in advance (big mistake!). Was told it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Waited patiently for 6 weeks, after which the store called to tell me it was in. I duely went into the store to collect. The staff then tell me there is a problem with their accounting systems and I would have to wait until it was resolved before I could leave with the Mac that I had already for.
So I waited and waited and waited. After 25min they allowed me to leave the store with my purchase.
What an epic way to turn an excited, happy customer into an extremely angry one.
If I had not pre-paid this wouldn't have happened.

I went to istorm to buy a new phone. I found the staff to be quite rude with a dismissive attitude. The highlight was the person working in service. He was terrific and successfully transferred my data and was very helpful. However a day after my purchase i was sent an email telling me the new iPhone I bought just went on sale so I returned to the istorm store asking for the difference in price to be refunded. The front staff was extremely rude so I politely asked to speak to the manager who told me this was policy and would not refund back the difference. He also didn’t offer me any other offers. I had also at the same time bought a new pair of AirPods. What store in the world doesn’t price match when you return an item within a few days of the purchase when the store has reduced the item? Poor policy and attitude all around.

I paid for the watch on October 2, for 3 weeks they wrote to me that the order depends on the Apple company, while in their store an hour away the watches were in stock all this time, they don’t care about the needs of the customer!

In store service is not even worth a star. People in the store seems like they dont want to work.

Very very very bad customer service, I just needed one clear case they did not even ask me what I needed and after they serve every other customer and I waited for 20 minutes I finally ask for the case paid and left

It should not be called iStorm but iScam.
I left my phone for service, they said it takes 3 days - since I was leaving Greece and needed it.
Rang on the third day - they don't connect you with the branch - but basically cannot tell you if you can go to pick it up. the service department closes at 6 pm on a Friday and reopens on Monday which would have been too late for me.
Rang again 'customer service' at 15:00 and again no service was given apart for wait for an email.
I went to the shop - we are working on it - you will get an email...
I insisted and got my phone back - I still dont know if they even did anything to it or what was wrong.
Their email arrived 17:57 when they close at 18:00 !
What a scam - avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam. I placed an order and they never shipped it. They also make it impossible to contact them. They just collect your money, and never ship anything. A bunch of scammers.

Tried calling to check stock held on line for over 20 minutes. I then gave up if i could give 0 stars i would if a business can not do a basic thing like responding to a potential customer then i would worry about ordering goods from them

I visited their shop and wanted a Magic Keyboard. They didn’t have it (no surprises there) but ordered from another city. They needed 4-5 days to bring it in (an hours drive away - go figure!) They brought the item exactly 5 days later (!) and asked me to visit again.

I paid the item and then they couldn’t find the it on their system (I’m crying at this point) and wouldn’t give me my product.

They actually insisted that since their manager is on holidays, they could do nothing more (didn’t want to disturb him - if only they could be so thoughtful of their customers too!) than refund the money and keep the Magic Keyboard!!!

So I left empty handed and furious a week after my first visit.

Apple please come to Cyprus!

I called the istorm Limassol store yesterday 4 times in the morning during opening hours and no one answers. I visited them shortly after as they’re in receipt of a pair of AirPod Pro for repair under warranty and they could not search for my warranty deposited in their system to give me a status, as they claim the system cannot search via contact details, as I didn’t have service receipt with me. I then called the Nicosia branch, as that is where the limassol branch said it was where they’re located. The assistant who answered could hardly understand English, so I asked to speak with the manager. He gave me the assistant manager who said he would investigate the situation and call me back right away. But he didn’t. So, what can I say; overall their customer service is well below standard for a company that specialises in IT related products, especially high end products such as apple.

only there I can find all the Apple devices I need.
But the price is usually upper than in other stores. Nice service inside, but it is impossible to call them or get a callback.
