Returns
I have tried to return the stool, as I was dissatisfied with the item. That was over a week ago, I have received no contact from the company other than asking for photos which as the problem is with the wooden sides (very uncomfortable) was not really of any use. I have asked again for someone to answer my mail and seem to be ignored.

Am really pleased with the purple…
Am really pleased with the purple ottoman I ordered. Great price for good quality and style. Delivery wasn’t so great - was initially told it would be delivered on Friday or Monday. It arrived on Tuesday and I received an email at 1528 saying it would arrive between 1322 and 1522! Luckily someone was at home to accept it. Would order from this company again despite this.
