140$ = 1 Image of a sunset. Stay away. Auto upgraded my account after the trial period, and never mentioned that it was a monthly charge of 70$!

The image selection was average, not satisfying.

Refund my money.

This company is fraudulent and unethical. DO NOT USE. I was scammed in their sales funnel of unknowingly purchasing an annual subscription. When I reached out to cancel the monthly charge they shared that the $70/month I paid for 3 months for 12 photos a month ($210) could be cancelled but that they would remove the 36 photo downloads for the monthly subscription. I could only keep them if I paid an additional $70 admin fee. This service is a FRAUD and did not exchange any goods for the money I paid. I am reporting them to Consumer Affairs as well.

I bought a year subscription and it turns out I can't download videos I liked,. I didn't use any of the pictures and asked to cancel my subscription. The support service ignored me and told me that they would continue to charge me every month. Be careful when you read the terms and conditions, they are deliberately written in such a way as to deceive customers.

Absolute scam!! I fell into the same trap as others. Don't let this horrible company take your money . They hide there terms and conditions knowing full well that most don't read it and they make it seem like you can cancel at anytime. Failing to mention you are locked into a contract. They give you no reminder that your free trial is nearly up and they charge you an fortune to get out of the contract. Horrible company

Said to charged me $255 to cancel my sbscription and dropped that number to 85$.

Same day they charged me an additional $95.

In less than 12 hours $180 and would not return me any of the money as they "cant issue refunds" THEFT IN CLEAR DAY SIGHT,

Au total, j'ai payé 585 $ pour 0 photo ou service d'iStock.
De plus, même pas conforme au RGPD.
Je travaille avec le développement de logiciels, spécialement le commerce électronique. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel piège.

Horrible company. It is a dishonest company with terrible service. They offer free trial service in order to charge you $350USD to get out of the plan and you are not able to download anything.

Premier mois d'essai, persuadée d'avoir bien résilié, je ne l'avais apparemment pas fait, j'ai commencé à être débitée mi-janvier. Je contacte le service client qui me répond en mode robot, plus ou moins "Vous avez coché, tant pis. Vous pouvez payer la moitié de votre abonnement, regardez notre politique d'annulation. Vous avez jusqu'à la prochaine date de facturation pour vous décider, profitez-en, parce qu'après ce message, on ne vous répondra plus". Ça fait 9 jours qu'ils me laissent sans réponse, malgré des relances tous les jours. Tout est bien carré dans leurs politiques, il n'y a aucun recours possible. À fuir absolument, ne vous faites pas avoir.

I had a highly frustrating experience with iStock's free trial. Despite unchecking the "automatic renewal" option, I was still charged at the trial's conclusion. When I requested a refund and the cancellation of my subscription, they insisted on a payment of half the annual fee and declined to issue a refund. Their approach is really dishonest and I strongly advise against dealing with them as it appears to be a scam.

They automatically enroll you without warning for a 1 year subscription. They don’t let you cancel it.
Also bad customer service.

Scam, beware! Don't give istock payment details, they keep withdrawing from your account and you can't get out of it again. I have turned off auto-renew, written to customer service but can't do anything, they just keep withdrawing from my account. Now I have to get my bank to block their transactions, reverse the illegal transactions and report them to the Consumer Service in The European Union. I recommend anyone who has experienced this to report istock to local authorities.

Horrible company. Their cancellation policies are the worst I've ever heard of.
They are extremely unfriendly and have no customer service, it's more like a robotic statement of "this is how it is and too damn bad".
I tried a one month's trail, I thought I had successfully canceled, they charged me $70 and when I requested they help me cancel they said NO REFUNDS period! Now they have canceled my membership I can no longer use my remaining credits, they've essential stolen my money.
Stay away much better companies to do business with.

Another warning here. Don't sign up for the free trial. It is not possible to cancel and they will draw money from you for 12-months (unless you pay them for 6-months with credit card on the side)

Scammers. They lure people into a 12 month subscribtion! Stopped the free trail but apprantly they still takes you money. And wants over 2000 danish crowns to end your subscribtion

They lure people in and bind them for 12 months subscription, without any chance of canceling it. Deceptive subscription renewals and auto-renewal policies contribute to dissatisfaction. The customer service is unresponsive and provides dismissive responses. Numerous more reliable image and video stock companies are available. Hopefully, this questionable company faces consequences soon, as such scams should not be legal. Without a functional customer satisfaction policy, dissatisfied customers are likely to voice their concerns and seek alternatives.

Je me retrouve débiter de 70€ par mois alors que j'ai bien activer "désactiver le renouvellement automatique". Mais ça ne marche pas avec la période d'essai.
Après contact avec le service, impossible d'annuler l'abonnement, voir même on nous dit d'aller se faire voir. Ne surtout pas adhérer à des voleurs pareil. C'est scandaleux.

Des voleurs qui font de la vente forcée.
vous désactivez le renouvellement, ils continuent à vous facturer.....
