Shocking response to emails regarding an exchange
I love my ring it’s beautiful but it didn’t fit. I emailed you to ask for advice as i didn’t want a refund I just wanted an exchange for a bigger size and I haven’t heard anything back from you. Your returns and response to emails are not good at all and you really do need to work on that. I have returned my item off my own back and still haven’t had a response or a refund. I am £100 out of pocket and don’t have anything to show for it
