Awesome

I was able to find the product I wanted and at a great price. I ordered it on a Monday and it had arrived by that same thursday. Overall great experience, would definitely buy from here again.

Poor customer service

I clicked the "chat" function moments after placing my order. It wasn't live so I left an email. By the time the person got back to me the next day, my order had shipped and they could let adjust it. I think this is crazy since I was only requesting a price adjustment since I forgot to enter the promo code.

Terrible service.

Unfortunately, our company does not permit the use of multiple discount offers in a single transaction and once an order is placed, we are unable to match sale prices or discounts for orders placed prior to any current or upcoming promotional offers. Therefore, your order reflects a single promotional code discount.
