Deceptive website, poor customer service and standard feel good reply

Your website is very deceptive and tricky about the specials, thought as a first time customer I would check the button that offered quick shipping, as I needed this item this weekend as a gift. Came up as regular shipping, must be the slow way as it will take a week to reach Atlanta from Florida. Complained to customer service, well, apparently they are just like most companies and don't seem to care or give more than one response. I would have shopped elsewhere, and will next time. No more for this store!

And with the standard feel good reply, this company is not the "small, home-spun" company they pretend they still are! If you want to deal with a small, locally born company, go somewhere else.

Excellent service - highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of Rainbow flip flops off of this website and received them well packaged and promptly. They were also very helpful with shipping and questions/concerns, would absolutely use this company again!

Island Surf: A vacation from bad shopping

The ordering process was relaxing like waves crashing on the shore. The communication was simple and easy like watching an island sunset. The shipping was fast and convenient like...amazon. This place is great! Buy from them!
