Temu special. Tried to return it. Wouldnt allow a refund. Kept offering 10% store credit then 20 then 50. Then told me to return to hong kong for 100% store credit

Avoid!! clearly gets from temu and sends out. Rubbish rubbish rubbish..

ARNAQUE TOTALE, même les commentaires positifs le sont...perdu 120€ car produits non conformes en qualité, taille, matière etc...pas d'étiquettes, des guenilles qui ont fini à la decheterie...impossible de se faire rembourser et de les avoir au tel et mes 10 mails sont sans suites...je souhaite que quelqu'un arrive à faire fermer ce site frauduleux

I have now asked five times for a return label for an an item advertised as cashmere that was not. avoid.

Ordered something weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I keep getting automated messages saying my address is incorrect, but it absolutely is correct. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times and still haven’t been able to reach a real person. No one seems willing to actually look into the issue.

I’ve also requested a refund and haven’t even received an acknowledgement, let alone a solution. At this point, the lack of communication and customer support is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with the overall service and would not recommend based on my experience.

Es una estafa en toda regla, son productos que envian desde china sin una etiqueta siquiera. No son de Holanda ni moda Francesa como hacen parecer. Pedí un vestido que parecía de buena calidad y bonito y recibí un producto que es horroroso de una tela malisima, la costura mal hecha y empaquetado en las mismas bolsas de TEMU son los mismos artículos la diferencia es que TEMU, los vende mucho mas baratos y SI hacen la devolución del dinero.
Lo que NO PASA CON ISABELLE MODE ES UN PROBLEMA PARA QUE TE ENVIEN EL FORMULARIO DE DEVOLUCIÓN Y NO TE HACEN LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO, después de 3 semanas insistiendo para que me enviaran el formulario devolución y que me hagan el REEMBOLSO de mi dinero, me envían una hoja con una dirección de China para hacer la devolución y me escriben lo siguiente: "Tenga en cuenta que los gastos de envío de la devolución y los riesgos de transporte (incluida la pérdida o los daños durante el transporte) corren por cuenta del remitente. Una vez que recibamos el artículo en buenas condiciones, le emitiremos de inmediato un crédito del 100% en la tienda, basado en el importe total de su pedido".
Es decir que te obligan a seguir adquiriendo su basura de productos y se niegan a hacer la DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO.

Not recommended. Item came without instructions, no software, downloaded software thought will work with as orderdd at GPS tracker. Asked for help,no response. When asked for refund being difficult can not complete refund. Asking fir video which is difficult to produce.

Would give no stars is allowed. Awful customer service, ordered on the 12th of October and still havent recieved the item. I keep getting told my address is incomplete but have no problen getting shipments from other websites, complete scam

J’ai réussi à échanger sur la messagerie dédiée avec Isabelle mode. Ils ont refusé le retour gratuit et le remboursement de la paire de bottes qui est trop petite alors que j’ai commandé ma pointure. Je les ai aussitôt contactés dès la réception du colis. Cette plateforme refuse le retour et le remboursement alors que dans leur politique de retour et remboursement, le délai est de 30jours maximum. Je suis très très largement en-dessous de ce délai. En plus ce sont des produits fabriqués en Chine ce qui explique une pointure plus petite que les pointures européennes. Ce sont des ARNAQUEURS. N’achetez pas sur cette plateforme.

This company doesn’t send the item shown on their website and even though it states you can return the item and have a money back guarantee, they do not honour it.

They just keep offering a credit to spend on their site.

Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered boots which were too small - should not have been, their sizing is off. Spent several days back and forth trying to return them. Their website says this is easy to do. It’s not. Their policy is you have to request a returns form but they seem reluctant to acknowledge my request to send me this. They offered a store credit if I kept the boots - why would I, they are too small?! They subsequently increased the amount of store credit if I kept them! Why would I want store credit for a store I have zero intention of buying anything from after this? I just want to send them back and be refunded. I have asked at least 3 times now for them to confirm their returns address and send me a returns form which their policy says I need in order to return them. It should not be this difficult!

Posing as a French company, but it’s Chinese. Cashmere sweater ordered turned out to be cotton on delivery. Very very bad

Io sono una di quelle truffate. Mai visto una cosa simile. Ho ordinato tre articoli. Ricevuti solo due. Di qualità e fattura ben diverse da quelle indicata nelle immagini. Capi neanche lontanamente simili a quelli ordinati. Una vera e propria truffa. Se riesco procederò con una denuncia

C’est une grosse arnaque ! J’ai commandé un « jolie » manteau d’une valeur de 80€ en photo! Réellement il est immonde, hyper fin d’une très mauvaise qualité je m’en sers comme peignoir ! Il ne rembourse pas il ne reprenne pas, il ne vous réponde pas ! Arnaque fuyez ! Des voleurs

Do not order from this website it is a SCAM! Ordered two items; one never shipped or received, one not the quality ordered and took almost three weeks for delivery. No response to email and no returns label with item I had received.

non seulement ma commande n'a pas été livrée en entier mais les vêtements reçus ne correspondent pas à la qualité annoncée et je n'ai aucune réponse de Isabelle mode à mes demandes de remboursement et de retour;
j'ai saisi le service de la répression des fraudes .

Pas de retour possible.
Envoyé 5 mail resté sans réponse pour un remboursement.
Produit cher pour la qualité.

J'aurais dû consulter les avis avant d'acheter sur ce site. Comme de nombreuses personnes, j'ai reçu un produit qui était
1/ non conforme au visuel et à la taille demandée,
2/ de piètre qualité
3/ sans aucune étiquette ni indication sur la matière, l'origine, le nettoyage...
4/ refus total d'appliquer la politique de retour & remboursement.

Je conseille donc à quiconque aura eu le bon goût de lire cet avis de ne surtout pas acheter sur ce site.

Horrible to deal with. My mom ordered s bag in November. Got no update, said the address was missing details which it wasn't and you can clearly see the full address on the order. Still no update after being told the details will be passed to the delivery company. Do not buy or deal with them.
