Refuse to refund- I purchased a coat and boots, I received the items not as described, they're Temu grade quality. I requested to return the items but for over a month and 9 emails I keep getting BOT written emails that don't acknowledge my request and provide no information by which I can return the product. I am considering taking this to small claims. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Je commande un pull taille M et j'en reçois un taille 2XL ! Sois disant en cashmire, mais j'en doute.
J'envoi un mail pour les alerter et ils me répondent que je peux garder le pull et faire une nouvelle commande avec 10% de rabais !
Nouveau mail pour demander un bon de retour et réponse de garder le pull avec nouvelle commande et un rabais de 25%, puis nouveau mail avec même réponse, mais un rabais de 45% où retour du pull à mes frais, mais pas de bon de retour. Sur internet, je trouve une adresse en Chine, une autre à Amsterdam et.une autre au Canada ! J'ai toujours le pull inutilisable sur les bras et ...pas de solution.

Dreadful quality in two zip up sweaters I ordered for my husband. I paid €49 each, and they're worth about €7 each on other Chinese sites. The return address is in Hong Kong, not the Netherlands, which is very misleading. All their customer service emails are Ai generated. Please don't buy from them!

I ordered two Cashmere jumpers from this company in November. It took 5 weeks for the goods to arrive via China and Hong Kong. When you query how long it is taking for the goods to arrive, they pretend that you have not given them your full address (Lie). When the goods finally arrived, they were completely inferior goods, not cashmere. No paperwork arrived with the goods or any details of how to return the goods. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. I have been trying to obtain a returns address as I am not satisfied with the inferior goods supplied. They obviously run down the 30 day returns clock so you are unable to return the goods. Somebody called Emma from their customer service (AI robot likely) ignores the emails requesting the returns address. You will never get the opportunity to return the goods and sadly they have stolen your money. Horrible scamming company operating outside the UK and clearly not governed by our trade and standards laws. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered 2 jumpers. Only 1 arrived after 2 weeks. 6 weeks ater still do not ave second jumper. Emma said they did not have my correct address! So how did I get the furst jumper! Still backward and forward with emails. No chance of a refund pr exchange. A scam do not buy from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....they quote 1-4 days delivery. Items took 18 days to arrive. Too late for event. They won't provide me with a returns address despite multiple requests. They (EMMA - presumably an AI bot from Customer Service) just emails each day offering a 15% then 25% then 35% then 45% store credit. I want to return the items and receive a refund. Terrible company. Steer clear!

Non comprate niente,è una truffa,ho fatto un ordine,2 piumini,mi sono arrivati 2 golfini bruttissimi che non vanno bene neanche per togliere la polvere dal pavimento.Chiedo tutti i giorni l etichetta per fare il reso,ma non me la mandano,90,00 persi.Truffatori.

Metto una stella perchè non posso mettere meno! Ho ordinato un paio di anfibi che sono arrivati dopo più di mese, l'azienda non risponde mai alle e-mail. Quando mi sono arrivati erano TOTALMENTE diversi dalla foto sul sito, di qualità pessima, sembrano di cartone e poi c'era scritto che erano platform, invece sono bassi.
Ho chiesto di fare il reso ma ovviamente non mi risponde nessuno.
80 euro buttati, vergogna!

I placed an order 2nd November received it 21st November four dresses they did not to large to long and quality off the material was very poor I emailed them that day for a return label and to receive my money back £102 still waiting for label they have emailed me back 4 times asking why I want to return them know they just don’t answer my emails.

The maxi dress I received is comfortable and good for warm weekends

The 5 star reviews are a scam …and fake. Don’t touch this company. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. products are nothing like described and if you want a refund …. you got two hopes and one Bob. Stay well clear.
