This is the most inefficient, stupid and dishonest company I have ever come across. A scam frankly

ARNAQUE- Impossible d'avoir un retour/ remboursement. Au bout d'une dizaine de mail et deux semaines, on a reussi a obtenir un bon d'achat.
Articles SHEIN remis sur un site "mode" chic. Les prix sont super chères !!! A FUIR !!!!!!!!!!!

Sito da evitare,tante belle immagini ma mancanza di serietà e comunicazione. Mandi l'e-mail ma ogni tanto dopo vari tentativi anche tramite sito ti rispondono ma senza concludere nulla. Ho ordinato 1 giubbotto a 49,90. L'indirizzo registrato era sbagliato pertanto lo correggo ma lo inviano a un indirizzo inesistente in un altra città ( io sono in prov.di Al) a Genova. Pacco mai arrivato non so dove sia,cerchi di contattarli ma tutto tace quindi... fregatura! A oggi il pacco non l'ho ricevuto e la tracciabilità è ferma al 19 dicembre. Arriva il pacco oggi 18 febbraio ma è sbagliato! Una maglia che vale 10 euro SCANDALOSI!!! DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!! METTO UNA 🌟 PERCHÉ NON POSSO FARE ALTRO PER ME NON CLASSIFICATO!

La commande a mis un peu plus de temps que prévu, mais tout est bien arrivé et conforme à mes attentes.

Tromperie sur la qualité des produits en mettant en avant une photo valorisante.

I ordered a winter fleece lined bomber jacket on 21st November 2025. After 3 weeks there was no communication. I chased the order several times always getting a similar automated reply, saying my address was incomplete. Each time I confirmed my full name and address even though they were on my order confirmation. I tried to telephone but it always gave the engaged signal. I realised that the company was legally suspect and I gave an ultimatum that if I did not receive a full refund or confirmation of dispatch by the end of the week I would commence legal proceedings On the Friday afternoon they dispatched the item for delivery by Evrie. I finally received the item on 12thJanuary2026. I was expecting it to be inferior to the advertised item and it was. £72 for a flimsy piece of clothing. Similar design to the advertised item but thin and shoddy with no winter warmth at all. No designer label, plain cheap buttons and not fit for purpose.

Ho acquistato on-line due capi di abbigliamento. Una giacca nera e una felpa. La felpa è arrivata dopo un mese dall' ordine, la giacca nera no. Ho inviato varie email all' azienda ma perdono solo tempo dicendo che stanno verificando e non parlano minimamente di un eventuale rimborso. Non conviene nemmeno fare una denuncia penale x 50 euro di giacca. Comunque mai più acquisti!

This company is a SCAM. I’m sure that many comments has been deleted. But just 50% rating of 1 star says a lot. They do everything to keep their £50 lol I was never satisfied with the item and they were so ignorant for refund dragging it for weeks to negotiate the return address and forcing to accept their store credit when I clearly stated multiple times I don’t want to ever shop with them. Just not worth at all. Plus item didn’t even had a label.

Not bad, but not great either. I think it has potential to improve.

The store is good overall. But I wish there was better customer service.

Like the material, it’s soft and beautiful.

Towar kupiony i opłacony 12.11.2025. Opóźniona dostawa 25.11.2025 z produktami - SWETRY - o ZANIŻONYCH ROZMIARACH. Mimo, iż na stronie Sprzedającego jest klauzula własna o pokryciu kosztu zwrotu reklamacyjnego, nie zwrócono mi pieniędzy i nie dostarczono zamówionych (rozmiary!) produktów. Bogata korespondencja, w tym wysłane zdjęcia, na życzenie Emmy, z faktycznymi, zaniżonymi rozmiarami, NIC NIE DAŁA. Firma i jej przedstawicielka [właścicielka?] Emma PRZYWŁASZCZYŁA MOJE PIENIĄDZE. Pieniędzy nie mam, zamówionych swetrów (cardigan), w zamówionych rozmiarach = 2 szt. też nie!!! Emma- OSZUSTKA!!!, firma-OSZUŚCI!!!
Swetry czekają ciągle na odbiór; odczekałem w nadziei, że jednak do Sprzedającej - Emmy dotrze refleksja, bo wie, że jest winna tej sytuacji (nawet zaczęła mi oferować zniżkę na zakup kolejnego przedmiotu. Najpierw 25%, potem 35%. Kolejne "propozycje" doszły do 70% zniżki [sic!].
W tej firmie zakup to utrata własnych pieniędzy PRZESTRZEGAM i OSTRZEGAM - TO JEST OSZUSTKA - zarówno sama Emma, jak i TA firma!!!

Jedyna reakcja Sprzedającego na powyższą, w pełni rzetelną opinię, to zmiana warunków zwrotów reklamacyjnych (na gorsze!), na własnej stronie internetowej[sic!].
Ta firma i jej przedstawicielka (właścicielka?) Emma, to klasyczny przykład naciągania kupujących, przywłaszczenia ich pieniędzy.
OSZUŚCI i ZŁODZIEJE!!!
Aż dziw bierze, że jeszcze nie zajęły się nimi organa ścigania w Niderlandach (Holandii) albo w UE.

They where telling me that order was deliver,I have ask them proof of delivery have never received it.
Now waiting for the refund if I will get.
Question?How is paying the correspondence time
That I used with them?
I’m starting to believe that they all scammers they take our money’s and keep telling you lies and more
