The classic wool cardigan is very warm. Because it uses real wool, it had a slight natural scent right out of the packaging. I just aired it out on my balcony for a day and it’s perfectly fine now.

I ordered the Cecilia tote bag and the design is incredibly classy. The outer shipping box arrived a bit dented from the courier, but thankfully the bag inside was well-protected and undamaged.

The Maddox cashmere sweater is unbelievably soft and high quality. It runs a bit on the slim-fit side, so I’d highly recommend sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed look. Great piece, though!

The waterproof outdoor pants are great for the rain. The waist was slightly loose on me despite following the size guide, but wearing a belt fixed the issue completely. Excellent waterproofing.

Ho fatto l’ordine piuttosto all’ultimo momento. La consegna è stata più veloce del previsto, il che ha aiutato molto. La giacca veste bene e le spalle sono allineate alla perfezione.

Compre unas botas de caballero en el anuncio pone que son de piel .
Cuando me llegaron nada más verlas vi que eran de plástico y son de los chinos , se las pone mi hijo y a las 3 horas se rompió la suela .
Son unos sinvergüenzas cuando compras se supone que te Dan garantías de devolución me he puesto en contacto con ellas en varias ocasiones y se niegan hacerme el rembolso.

Au mieux un très mauvais service client, au pire une arnaque en bonne et due forme.

Commandé 2 articles identiques. Suivi de l'envoi qui provient évidemment de Chine, arrive en Europe... et... repart en Chine ?! Livraison abandonnée ?!

Service client qui répond, au début, qu'un nouvel envoi va avoir lieu, puis ne répond plus, paiement encaissé depuis des mois et plus de nouvelles...

Info isabelle mode site injoignable et pourrî ne pas acheter car j' ai perdu 72 euros.

I have make a purchase of a AirPure 3-in-1 air cooler, UV air purifier and ioniser with the Order number LWZK4Y5NN on 18th Nov 2025. I have connected with your customer care team and all i got a mails after 2 to 3 days that the Order is on the way and would be delivered . its been more than 3 months the order is not yet deliver and not I am seeking for a full refund.
I would appreciate if this is taken on a priority and have the refund completed.
