One of the programs I can't live without. I work on the computer a lot and without Iris I don't know what I would do. The program is invaluable help for the eyes and the nervous system. I recommend it to you with both hands.

This is the only blue light filtering computer software that actually works as intended, and has powerful and versatile functionality. After trying it for free for a few days I knew it was the real deal, and bought a lifetime subscription--which was extremely reasonable. There is nothing that comes close to this that I've found.

Do not download this "free" trial. You can NEVER get rid of the annoying pop up every time you start your computer. Solid app with tons of features (including hidden ones). Can support a wider color temperature range than alternatives like f.lux. Developer is responsive and helpful.

I have had Iris for many years. I used f.lux for awhile but once I found Iris, I could see how much better it is. I switched all my pc's to Linux Mint and still used Iris on all of them. Couldn't live without it. I have to use computers all day and I couldn't do that without Iris installed. I recently had to upgrade Linux and Iris stopped working. I contacted Daniel and he got me up and running really fast. Best customer service I've experienced.
Iris is highly recommended by me and everyone I know who uses it.

I'm a longtime user and I really like Iris. However, I had to move the software to another Computer and Daniel was very helpful even though the case was a bit complicated!

I absolutely love Iris software - I've used them for years and could not use a computer without it!

I randomly came across Iris App's website when I tried to figure out why my eyes hurt so much using a new laptop. As soon as I got rid of the PWM flicker using the App's brightness setting feature, I went from being able to work only 7 hrs and constant dry eyes to being able to work 12 hrs without any issues.

Right off the bat, I like that the App tells you the Kelvin of your screen in real-time, numbers geek unite. But what's cool is the dozens of little customizations under the "Advanced" toggle in the paid version, like "blue light", manage monitors", "moon", all to optimize your work, sleep, play, so that it does not get effected by bluelight and cheap monitors.

As a lazy person, though, I just go to the basic "Simple" toggle which has 11 preset settings (health, sleep, gaming, reading, programming, sunglasses, etc). Choosing "Health" seem to work very well without any customization!

I am now paying for the monthly subscription to get the timer feature (it's a green pomodoro timer floating on the screen that tells you to take a break every 20 mins)! You can customize the timer in the "Timer" setting, so I tweaked that to 25 minutes. It costs less than a cup of McDonald's coffee per month so why not.

To me this is better than f.lux, which I've tried before. This App is perfect for people who just want a small, non-CPU heavy app that does a great job at taking care of your "window to the soul". Thanks devs at Iris for doing the research and developing an app that saves my eyes from pain and dryness, just wow!

Awesome application. Saved my eyes. I am 50 years old male programmer. Using standart blue light filters for operating systems is useless.

I was looking for an app that could deal with blue light and PWM, both of which cause eye strain for me. Iris is a simple and effective solution for both, and the only straightforward solution I have found. Great product, thank you!

If you have to change machines, your code won't work and IRIS HAS NO SUPPORT. You can use Discord or some other social media site that tracks and monitors you. How is that a legitimate business? It's not. I'm going to complain to the BBB and get them destroyed.

So I paid for a lifetime activation for this app and the activation code is only for one machine and if your machine is an old Mac and you replace it, you will have to buy another copy of Iris.

Forget it because the new Macs have night shift anyway. THESE PEOPLE ARE TECH LOW LIFE THIEVES. DON'T USE THEIR USELESS CRAP PRODUCT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU YOU HAVE A LIFETIME ACTIVATION WHEN YOU DO NOT.

The best eye care app available. Besides the blue light filter, Iris protects against flickering screens with PWM, and no other app does that.

Support is amazing. I had a small problem with the free Iris mini app, I posted in the Discord group, and the CEO answered swiftly and solved my problem in less than 1 hour. I love their micro app as well, that allows geekier people to take full advantage of their main features for free, as well as the "hidden features" available in Iris mini. It truly proves the great sportsmanship of this company.

GAME CHANGER! Simply cant live without this app anymore

I really liked the software. It provides a ton of features that I didn't saw in other alternatives. It provides both timer and different modes according to the user's preference like reading, health, gaming etc. Moreover, it automatically adjusts the blue light filter according to the time. I took the full version and I am happy with the purchase. Nevertheless, it had some bugs like timer didn't worked some times but those bugs have now been removed with latest update in Windows. I can really observe the difference in the eye strain levels(reduced) after using this software.

This is the best app in the market.
Even the competitors are not even close to the quality this app brings out.

Iris is a bestbuy software if you want your biorythm in an excellent shape. If i could wish just one software for healthcare, it would be the iristech! Thanks for the work guys. As everyone has said software is great but just know you get no support even if you email them which I have done countless times.

This program works well, but if it no longer needs it to run hell. you refuse to pay for it. and you remove it. it still forces you to buy or recommend it to friends when you start your computer. It acts like a virus. It hides in a folder on your computer and is set to bother you. The average user does not know what to do. If you have a friend It specialist will help. Terrible behavior of this company. Unethical.

Iris Tech is shady as hell. If you do buy the product and it doesn't work, tough luck. If you buy it thinking it is yours for life because the website says as much, it is categorically false. There is no way to connect to the company at all. Zero, zip, nada, nothing.

None of their products are either lifetime nor are they able to be transferred to another computer as advertised.

The Iris website says if you join the Iris User Panel and add your email address to this panel, you can access your account again. But in actual fact you can never get your email address confirmed, so it is pointless.

If do consider purchasing Iris, eye protection for computer screens, be sure to use paypa so you can get your money back should you need to.

Go into the purchase understanding that if you ever need to do a clean install or you get a new computer you will have to buy it again. Last thing to know, they never do updates so if you do buy it get the cheap price.

You could also forget Iris and get computer glasses.
