Really good storage space. I liked that it has 24/7 access, so I could come anytime I needed. The place felt safe and well maintained, and the staff were helpful.

I needed storage because of moving home. I was hoping to get storage where a friend had a container but that company didn’t have any available so I had to use Giant.
For an 8 x 7 foot container they are charging approx £115 per month.
I’m happy to say the other company got in touch last week (I was on their waiting list). They have offered me a 20 x 8 foot container for £105 a month. So nearly 3 times the size of Giants container for £10 less a month. This company also have an on-site office which Giant doesn’t and they supply the locks.. which Giant doesn’t.. so I had to buy one..
Giant were very friendly on the phone which gets them a few stars but so are the other company .. so Giant are charging a huge amount more for absolutely no reason I can think of.
Also their containers are brand new and impossible to close on my own because the seals are really tough,, not bedded in yet which I guess should be a good thing but actually it’s just another problem as I have to find someone to come with me every time I need to go there.. maybe they should offer a large discount for ‘breaking them in’. Not impressed. Sorry Giant 😕👎🏽

Great company, always available to help whenever you call or e mail them with a query, they also regularly check in and ensure you are happy with their service. I’ve been with them 7 years facility is safe and easy to access at anytime I would highly recommend them.
