gorgeous styles, but room for growth
I adore the styles Iris Fashion has to offer and the price point is terrific. But pieces of one of my assorted dozen were removed to fulfill another company’s order and it was infuriating - considering that the colors removed were the main reason I purchased that style in the first place. It’s important to note that I was refunded the amount of the missing pieces without having to ask for that to be done, and that was great! But that should be a two-prong response of “here’s your refund and here’s when we are expecting that style back in stock should you wish to reorder.” I called and the person who answered the phone seemed almost puzzled that someone would follow up on possible restocking dates. It’d be ideal to have the availability for reorder date updated on the item’s page in the future - particularly for highly sought after styles.
