I could not believe the speed at which my order had been processed and then delivered, it was incredible, iI placed an order one afternoon, went to work the next day and when I returned the purchase was in my delivery box, I was stunned! Whoever is running logistics for this company should be given a pay rise and a retainer, senior mgmt take note!

Sent cheaper product and won’t respond
I ordered a simple set of neilson spanners in December got sent a set of spanner’s that cost a third of the price and aren’t worth the metal there made out of called once and got rushed off the phone now anytime I call back I don’t get an answer and they won’t respond to emails.
