Very pleased with item purchased. Packaging was poor and had to be repaired by courier. However trolley jack inside undamaged. Good quality and well priced

Everything that I ordered came through…

Everything that I ordered came through but one issue that I got is that my package got two big dents on the side of it in which I know it’s the delivery’s problem and not the supplier’s but still it is something that has to be mentioned. On the other hand everything else was good.

Excellent 4Ton Jack

Very happy with the 4 ton jack i bought from UK Tools Shop.
Previously I rated 1 star because the jack wasn't delivered on time, but that wasn't their fault. It was the DPD fault.
They had damaged it and returned it back to UK Tools Shop.
They sent me a new one. I contacted them and they did reply to me very quickly and explained what had happened. Overall I would be very happy to buy again from this seller.
