Terrible quality- not worth the money!!!!!!
We just received our art work, and I am utterly disappointed. We ordered a light box, and you would think for nearly $400 the quality would be great, right? Wrong. The photo is not NEARLY as clear as it could and SHOULD be for spending hundreds of dollars on what was supposed to be a great memory for my husband and I, nor does the color accurately reflect that of the photos taken of our eyes. And on top of that, I’m looking at your website and the prices for products available, and now I’m even more pissed. We were never informed that there was a gallery print option when discussing products available- something that we could have bought instead and walked out that day with vs spending the 3x the price to wait weeks and receive a crappy product on poor quality material. Absolute waste of money, and you need to rectify the problem.

Had a very bad experience
Had a very bad experience. We paid for display art for 2 sides and one side has the name backwards. Store told me that they will fix it but customer service is not responding .

FILE PERSI, RIMBORSO NEGATO E CENSURA. Se c'è un problema, SE NE SBATTONO!
Esperienza vergonosa con la galleria di Verona. Finché dovete pagare e sorridere va tutto bene, ma al minimo problema vi abbandonano completamente.
•DISASTRO E INDIFFERENZA: Ho acquistato il pacchetto digitale, ma i miei file ad alta risoluzione sono stati persi per un loro errore di sistema (come confermato da loro nel Ticket che ho dovuto aprire per una risposta). Risultato? Se ne sbattono: nessuna soluzione, nessun supporto.
•NIENTE SERVIZIO, NIENTE RIMBORSO: Nonostante l'errore sia solo ed esclusivamente loro, si rifiutano categoricamente di rimborsare i soldi del pacchetto digitale mai consegnato. Vi prendono i soldi e spariscono.
•CENSURA SUI SOCIAL: Se provi a chiedere spiegazioni nei commenti su Instagram o Facebook, l'unica cosa che sanno fare è cancellare i messaggi per nascondere la loro incompetenza ai nuovi clienti.
Un comportamento commerciale ridicolo. Ho già attivato il chargeback bancario per riprendermi i soldi e inviato segnalazione all'AGCM (Antitrust).
Se non volete rischiare di buttare soldi e trovarvi senza risposte di fronte a un loro errore, ANDATE ALTROVE!

Avoid. No delivery or explanation on delay after 3 months
Ordered 3 items after visiting an Iris Galerie store in early July. We were told delivery would take about 2 weeks to London. I contacted them early August after not hearing anything from them to be told there was an issue with my order, but was reassured that this had been fixed. Mid September I contacted them again but got no response. I contacted them again 2 days ago. No response. I’m now going through my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

Ho fatto un ordine la domenica pomeriggio da ITIS GALLERIE ma la mattina dopo avevo cambiato idea e ho provato a modificare l’ordine, ordine che sarebbe costata la stessa cifra. Nonostante che la mia richiesta sia arrivata prima che iniziassero a costruire materialmente gli oggetti, si sono rifiutati di venirmi incontro. Purtroppo come molti credo, solo dopo ho capito che non esiste la possibilità di bloccare l’ordine per la natura personalizzata del bene. Gli oggetti sono molto belli ma la politica del “customer care” è molto deludente, possiamo dire pari a ZERO! Grande delusione!
Forse non mi sono spiegato bene, quegli oggetti che volevo al posto di questi per una ragione di principio e di costi non li acquisterò più e dovrò tenermi oggetti che non desideravo più (colpa mia lo so). Ma un ordine fatto di domenica e provato a modificare lunedì mattina mi sembra ancora troppo incomprensibile la vostra policy di non venire incontro al cliente, considerando anche i costi degli oggetti. Lo so, il mio è solo uno sfogo inutile, ma per voi deve un FEEDBACK da considerare nel vostro atteggiamento verso la clientela. Saluti

Comprendiamo che possa essere frustrante non poter modificare un ordine dopo averlo effettuato. Trattandosi di creazioni personalizzate realizzate sulla base delle immagini dell’iride, gli ordini vengono avviati alla produzione secondo le specifiche confermate al momento dell’acquisto e, una volta avviato questo processo, non è possibile apportare modifiche.

Iris galerie vient de répondre à mon avis désastreux sur Trust pilot en moins de 8 jours alors qu'ils ne sont pas capables de me livrer ma commande en 4 mois!!!
En résumé ils ne livrent pas les commandes mais ils répondent aux avis en disant qu'ils s'en occupent.
De vrais professionnels!!!

The colors on the finished piece vary tremendously from the images I saw, photographed and expected at the store when I had the pictures taken. I had bought my first piece in a bit of a rush on a tour but was very excited with the display items seen and the pictures taken so on a next stop, in Barcelona I purchased a second item.
I was very disappointed with the color differences of the eyes ( photos and real life eyes versus the finished pieces )and the metal used which did not look at all like the nice gold color displayed. The larger medal looks old, worn- like even and hardly a gold color finish. On top of that I immediately received a bill for each one from FED EX requiring payment on both packages which I understood shipping was included.
Not satisfied at all !

We first discovered this concept in Venice but then stumbled across it again in York. We had our eyes redone and the quality difference was amazing.
Lucy wasnt just there to sell a product or idea, she clearly loved her job and loved helping customers.
Its expensive and can be overwhelming deciding what to have. But I can honesty say Lucy is a true ambassador for your company and her knowledge about the products and eyes are fascinating.
We ordered a light box in the end but I'm sure we will be adding to it.
Lucy is calm, organised and professional young lady,you'd do well to use her abilities to further develop the locations of this amazing company.
