Fatto un ordine a settembre mai arrivato se mando mail ti rispondono tramite un computer che ti da uno sconto sul prossimo ordine ma credo sia una truffa

I would have given them a minus score if I could.
Said they had delivered but I was home all day and nothing was delivered.
Repeatedly emailed them. They told me they were contacting courier .... 'please wait'. I contacted them again same thing.
Steer well clear of this site!!!!!
They offer 30% refund. Don't accept it!
I finally got my money back by going through my Visa card company.

This site is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. My order looked all official; gave me tracking information, etc., but then showed a delivery confirmation that did not happen. I reached out to customer service three time and zero response. Took my money!

I tried multiple times to reach out to the company via email, as it was the only contact information provided on their website. But to no avail, my numerous emails went unanswered, which only added to my frustration.

It is absolutely disgraceful that a company like Iridescentsy would intentionally deceive customers, taking their hard-earned money without delivering the products they promised. The lack of any contact number further highlights their deceptive practices, leaving desperate customers like myself with no way to escalate the issue or seek resolution.

I placed an order on September 3rd. It stays it was delivered to Troy, MI in October and I live in Indianapolis, IN. They keep telling me they are going to arrange a reshipment, but it's going on 4 months since I ordered and I have nothing. I have requested my money back several times and they keep saying they are reshipping my order or I can get a 30% refund. What type of business doesn't deliver on their end, but wants to only offer you less than half of what you paid? I wish I would have read the reviews because it would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I'm hoping this site gets taken down so people can stop losing money to this scam!

If only I could give zero stars! Ordered a coat, delivered by Evri. Coat never came. Very long winded process. Iridescentsy assured me they would re-post and get my coat to me before the Xmas hols. Just gone to track my parcel and it's ended up somewhere totally different! Absolutely awful experience. This is not a legit company. Now going to battle to get my money back!

I wish I could give this scam company zero stars!!! I ordered a dress several months ago that I never received. Paid 40 dollars plus shipping for it. When I checked the tracking nearly a month later it said it was delivered to California! I live in Florida!!!. I sent several emails to their business email letting them know they shipped it to the wrong address and I requested a refund but I never received a response from them. How the hell can this company get away with taking people's money? I'm going to report them to the BBB. Please don't fall for their scam!!

If i could give minus stars i would! What's the saying, if somethings too good to be true then it probably is?! Well, i came across an ad (and i know how thick i sound now) on Instagram. Out of season branded trainers at massively reduced prices. Well, i spent £85 on said trainers. Got a confirmation message after payment on the website and a note saying once the order and payment had been processed, i'd receive a confirmation email. I made an account, and was logging in everyday to see if the staus had changed from processed to shipped or something of the like. Payment cleared from my account 2 days later, still no email confirmation. So, i go to log onto the website when i get 'page cannot be found' message. Website deleted. This company uses multiple different websites and names but the payment out of my bank went to Iridescentsy. The website was officeonline.shoezone blah blah blah. No where on the site did it mention Iridescentsy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE. I cancelled my bank card just in case. Merry Christmas, eh.

Estafan no llega el pedido, la compañía de entregas dice que ya fue entregado y no he recibido nada, fue supuestamente entregado en otra ciudad que no corresponde a donde fue solicitado el envío. ESTAFAN... NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR.
Los correos se regresan, que no existe tal compañía.

Ho fatto un ordine il 07/11/23 e ancora oggi,15/12/23 non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho cercato di contattare l’azienda tramite e-mail (visto che era unico modo di comunicare) già 4 volte ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Poi ho contattato Pinterest X comunicare il fatto visto che iridescientdy l’ho trovato da loro che dicevano che controllano i annunci che pubblicano e loro mi hanno risposto entro 24 ore ma mi hanno detto che gli dispiace è che devo contattare azienda anche se gli ho detto che non c’è modo di mettersi in contatto e con tanto di foto screenshot del ordine ecc… quindi, NON ORDINATE MAI su IRIDESCENTSY perché È UNA TRUFFA BELLA E BUONA!!!!!

Ordered a dress. Shipping said 7-15 days. Dress never showed to be delivered until 25 days later. In actuality, the dress was NEVER delivered. Still in the process of trying to get in touch with them. I reached out to the email address provided throughout the process and all they would respond with is to “be patient”. This is a huge scam! DO NOT BUY! Pinterest still allows them to advertise but do not fall for it!

I made an order for $120, they send me the tracking number plus the link (3-4 weeks later) the order was on “another address” I told them and they reship the dresses again. AGAIN they delivered it to another address. (I made the purchase on October, still no dresses).

Do not order anything! They are scammers! I ordered the dress on September 15, 2023. It didn't arrive, I wrote that when tracking the shipment, it shows that the dress is in stock in Ostrava since October 2. They wrote me that they were sending me new clothes. Today is 12/10/2023 and no clothes have arrived. I wrote several emails, they always send me the same email, apparently an automatic machine, that they called the courier and that I should wait. They are just lies!

Never received the order, I was sent a tracking number which showed that the package was sent to another address in Switzerland, confirmed by the courier company. They were investigating they said and blaming the carrier but they never shared their findings. All they had to do was track their own shipping and check the addreses. I asked for my money back USD67.69 but they gave me two choices. A refund of 30% for the inconvenience to close the case once and for all, a right cheek or reshipping. Ofcourse I am not going to loose my 70% for goods not received. They insisted on reshipping and are asking me for patience for them to share a tracking number. Totally ignoring my demand for a refund, not replying to my questions but just talking about reshipping. Not sure if its a human or a robot behind the replies. They claim to be Iridescentsy UK but clearly in China. Beware of this company. I believe they are scammers . I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
