Really recommend iPatch Leeds. I was just passing through when my phone battery started failing and took it in thinking it was only the battery causing problems. Turns out a previous repairer had left glass inside after replacing the back screen, which had caused further damage. They spotted and fixed the issue properly, replaced the battery and were really honest and helpful throughout. Definitely knows what he’s doing and I’d happily travel back there again rather than use somewhere local. Highly recommend.

I came to ipatch to try and get all my data from my broken laptop and didn’t think it was possible because I went to Apple before and they said there is no way they can do that. So I went to ipatch and they were extremely helpful, they took a look at my laptop and I told them I just want the data transferred from one device to another and within an hour I came back and everything had been done, I got all my data back had lost 0 files in the transfer. This place is definitely better than going to Apple or another tech shop, they were very helpful and it didn’t cost £900 like it does in Apple.

Had struggled to find someone who could fix/replace the headphone jack on my ipod classic (7th gen). The previous place I used to use had shut down, and every new place I approached either said it couldn't be done (which I knew was untrue) or was quoting me a truly ridiculous price whilst seeming unconfident in their ability to even do it. One guy's ludicrous suggestion was "why don't you buy a new ipod or get spotify?" .

Fortunately, a google search took me to the ipatch website where Andy the head honcho popped up in a little chatbox, took note of the issue I was having, assured me it was an easy fix and quoted me an excellent price. I posted it off to ipatch, where the work was done within hours of them receiving it. When Andy opened the ipod up he also contacted me to let me know the battery was looking a bit knackered, and offered to put a new one in (also for a very reasonable) price. Ipod was back with me within two working days sounding as good as new and with a brand new battery.

I'll be using them again for all my future repairs including getting them to upgrade the hard drive to a bigger one soon.

My MacBook had severe water damage to the point where Apple told me it wasn’t possible to recover anything due to how corroded the internal components were. I’d completely lost access to my laptop, couldn’t log in at all, and all of my work files were stuck on there with no backup. It was a pretty stressful situation as I rely on those files for my work.

I took it to iPatch with the mindset that it was worth asking, but was pretty sure I'd lost everything and Andy was incredible from the start. He was willing to delve into what Apple wasn't, understood how urgent it was and reassured me he’d do everything he could.

Within a few hours, he managed to repair some of the damaged components in order to recover ALL of my files - something I’d already been told wasn’t possible. Throughout the day, Andy sent me updates on how he was getting on and answered my questions straight away. Absolutely amazing service, quick turnaround and genuinely went above and beyond in a stressful situation.

Choose ipatch….. if you really like expensive paperweights. Broke a MacBook screen. Paid $393 to replace (now >$500). Took 3 weeks to get in after quoting 7 days. They never called. Working 6 weeks the screen wouldn’t “turn on” intermittently. Got busy, worked through it. Couple months later goes out completely. They admitted they sometimes get defect products from orders and commonly have they’re replaced products fail. Would tnot replace and now I’ve got a nice paperweight. If you love paperweights and poor estimates of work time, and no notification, ipatch is for you.

I had a major problem with a portable hard drive and had lost access to all my mac files on the disk. The guys at iPatch sorted the problem, got access to all my files and copied them onto a new portable hard drive. What a relief! I would definitely recommend iPatch - the location is great in the Trinity Shopping Centre and the guys on the iPatch crew are really friendly and helpful! Thanks iPatch for resolving my stress!

Quick and easy and also addressed other concerns on the spot.

My 10 year old iMac 27inch machine expired when my ancient surge protector went pop. Despair! Inevitably the Apple store were helpfully unhelpful, but they pointed me to iPatch. I guessed it was the power supply, no problem at iPatch however, so brilliant fix in about 8 days. Good communication and at a very fair price. Now to get a better backup!

After water damage to MacBook Pro (thunderstorms in Spain), Apple deemed the data irretrievable. Devastating news.

From the off, Andy and team were positive, practical, friendly, kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable - giving confidence that this was the place to be if there was to be any chance of getting back all photographs/ emails/ documents etc..

By undertaking careful interim board repair work, they managed to recover EVERYTHING onto their powerful equipment and mirror it onto a new laptop. Very good communication throughout. So relieved, impressed and grateful. Quite momentous!

As usual when Apple stops particular product, all updates and support stops. I have a 5th Gen iPod which is brilliant but the battery stopped holding it's charge, not surprising really after all this time.I shopped around and had local quotes raging from£90 to £300??? I looked up iPatch and contacted them. Was given price of £45 with a fast turn around. I was visiting Leeds so I popped to their store in The Trinity Centre. They were waiting a delivery of batteries the repair had to wait until the next day. The new battery was fitted and the iPod sent to my address the next morning. You cannot get a better and more complete service than that. Small firm decent and very helpful guys. I recommend them to anyone wanting a decent, fast and reasonably priced service. I thought I had smashed my iPhone 15 pro max camera lens. I went into Apple and EE ( booked service appointment) and was quoted £279. I didn’t get it completed as they didn’t have a date until a week. On the way home I popped to patch. The man instantly knew I had screen protectors on the lens and it was actually those which had smashed. Saved me a lot of money and time coming back into Leeds. Thank you, I will always default to patch from now on.

Contacted Apple over my iPad Pro 11 inch 1st gen needing a replacement usb-c port as it had stopped chaging they wanted between £450 - £500 to inspect & repair the iPad.

Contacted this company they said they would do it for £175, send on Monday to them by Special delivery, they inspected it on the Wednesday & said yes its a usb-c port total cost £185 which including return postage. I paid that day.

They fixed it charged it up & sent it back via Special delivery & received on the Thursday morning.

I took my phone in today for a charging port repair. Turns out there was actually a couple of other things wrong with my iPhone that I had no idea about as I bought it second hand. (No scamming here; all the problems affected each other). Andy explained these to me and repaired the screen for no additional charge, as my phone would not have worked without that additional repair. The original repair I booked would have taken an hour but Andy spent two hours repairing multiple issues that I didn't book for, he is brilliant. If you need any Apple products fixing, definitely go here! Cannot recommend enough. I would like to say I'll definitely use this service again but that's also implying I'm hoping to break my phone again! Thank you Andy!

I took my water damaged unresponsive MacBook Pro in on a Saturday and was served by Andy. He diligently tried to repair it throughout the day whilst I waited, but communicated with me constantly to provide updates and eventually told me to head home. After this it took a few more days of the team taking a look at it to then let me know it needed the replacement of a large component.

I really appreciate all of the hard work that went into trying to fix my laptop! Now I have a laptop that is like new (just cost a little more than expected but that’s my own dumb fault)

Unbelievably good service from the team at iPatch. Having discovered a problem with the battery of my work MacBook, I was quoted a turnaround of seven working days from the manufacturer, something that would all but prevent me from working. However, with iPatch, I booked and paid for everything yesterday, took it in at lunchtime, and was on my way home (with fixed MacBook) an hour later.

The team were a dream from start to finish; I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a moment, so if you’ve got a problem with your products, be sure to give them a shout!
