iPark Airport Parking Arvostelua 

I am appalled at the service I recieved from company both at dropping off my car and then on returning it.
I followed all instructions when dropping the car off - calling 30 mins before reaching the airport. When we got to the airport I called again, and again, and again, and ended up waiting for an extra hour for the driver to arrive. No apologies, no excuse given. I was worried about missing our flight because the driver was so late. We ended up having to pay over 15£ for the parking because he was so late.

On return, I followed all instructions, went to orange car park as directed, "Your vehicle will be delivered to the 4th Floor (Level 4) of Orange Car Park 3." We waited and waited. Eventually someone called saying red car park. we duly went there, to find no driver, no instructions left etc. we then continued calling the number which mostly rang to the giff gaff voicemail box. Eventually we got through to be told the keys were left on the tyre! This is unacceptable!

Further, the state of the car was quite shocking, covered in animal feces, as well as the drivers used old coffee cup in the car.

Avoid this company! When I booked it advertised that airport charges were included. But on arrival they completely denied this and insisted I pay the £8 each way parking fee. On return I waited an hour for my car despite it being a quiet time of day. I then found they had stolen £12 that I’d had in change in a covered storage tray.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!
They crashed my daughter’s car into a wall causing £15000 worth of damage and had the cheek to abandon it 8 mins away after my daughter making 50 or more calls to them asking where her car was !!! my daughter called the police to let them know and said she was scared to go to her car and can they help they had the cheek to say it’s not a crime been committed and basically can’t help absolutely disgraceful !!!! The security person told my daughter GATWICK and POLICE KNOW all about these people !!! Absolute scum !!!

If it was possible I wouldn’t even give them a star. Total waste of a company with no respect for their customers at all. Booked with airport charges included and on arrival was asked to pay the ticket at the machine and same again on departure. Took hours to turn up and had a line of people all waiting for either a drop off or collection. Same man was dropping a car off and taking 1 away and then coming back with another. Proper cowboy outfit

Disgraceful company. Worse than waiting over an hour and having to pay for the carpark twice - was that my car must have been taken for a ride as soda bottles in the back seat. I can hardly believe how appaulling this is.

Very very poor ‘service’. Rude driver. Made us pay for the carpark charge that was a result of him being so late. Nearly missed our flight. Just avoid them. It’s a cowboy operation disguised as ‘meet and greet’.

Unfortunately, there's no ZERO star to give at this company! Like all the others mentioned, terrible service,long waiting time for pickup your car at the arrival at the airport, long time of waiting when you are back and want to pick up your car, I have thrown away so many rubbish out of the car and also mud(!!!),yes,full of mud on my car but the "best" is the one a week after my trip! I received a penalty notice that my car was parked outside of the "Hilton Gatwick" on a designated area that parking WASN'T allowed! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

ipark claim they take 25-30 mins to deliver our car but actually took 1 hour and 40 minutes for my car to be delivered. They also told us to wait on the wrong floor, didn't pick up the phone (18 calls), the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a voicemail and when we finally got through to them they didn't understand why we are annoyed and became abusive.
Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Terrible experience avoid at all costs. Took them hour and half to collect car on way out ignored multiple phone calls because of that we missed out on lounge access also have to pay for entrance and exit, called to say we arrived and just decided to leave car on different level with key on the wheel. Left there rubbish in the car and some how managed to use 70 miles of fuel

Awful - scam/fraudsters - didn't answer phone for ages and there was a line of people waiting over 3 hours for cars to be returned and police were involved. Don't ever use them!

DO NOT USE - SCAM COMPANY. Sat waiting at Gatwick airport to collect the car for hours nearly missing flight, hardly answered the phone and when they did were dismissive and told us to leave the key on the wheel. Never turned up so we had to leave the car resulting in additional fines. DO NOT USE

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS ALERT ... The CEO MOhammed flew out to Pakistan with all the money he had stolen from parking customers! He must be VERY PROUD! I hope the BBC and Police are onto him and NEVER LET HIM BACK INTO THIS COUNTRY! Just look at this!!! There are some SICK people out there! Compare Your Parking made this booking for me ... They surely knew or should have done that the company ceased trading 3 weeks before they took my booking !!!!

Once again no actual address listed on their website and the T&C's contain these red flags to how they operate (dodgy in my view).

4.14 Our drivers do not consent to being filmed. Therefore, dash cams may be disconnected

5.10 Unless proved otherwise, minor claims, (those below £750) may not be accepted

Their registered office is a postal drop in Old Gloucester St WC1 it's actually British Monomarks Ltd an address where thousands of businesses are registered to anonymise their actual addresses.

Absolutely terrible workers and all round team don’t do there jobs don’t care about there jobs don’t care about your car!
They left my car in the car park for 10 days with my key broken and left on my windscreen and then when confronted about it they said they didn’t care and hung up the phone on me absolutely terrible service and workers hope no one ever uses them ever again absolutely disgrace to the oxygen we breath

If there are as a zero I would put that! Avoid this company. Zero response when getting back with a 3 hour wait along with many others. Then finally told on a withheld number my car is in a different car park... Go find it and the key was left in the wheel. All for £112 plus £16 Gatwick parking charge.

Unfortunately i made the mistake at following a car parking price comparison website instead of reviewing the company i was booking with.

This company is a joke - my car was damaged, scratches to front and rear bumper. Car was filthy, mud in the car and whilst i appreciate the car was left outside. It's just disrespectful how badly the cars been treated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been in contact with an employee and they have confirmed it is a scam. No real communication. Mail box full. Late to pick car up. Late to drop it off. My mileage went up about 100 miles. Car had obviously brushed a wall. Carr window had been left open the whole 10 days we were away. We had to pay for drop off and pick-up parking. I had my car valeting done before we left, when we got back there was pollen everywhere and the day before we got back, it RAINED A LOT, so the back seat was soaked. There were footprints on the back seat. The employee admitted they were using the cars for extra activities. God knows what. We got a £100 fine for them going through the drop off without paying. They are rude, especially to my wife. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. POLICE ARE BEING INFORMED!

Would give it 0 if I could. This is fraud, please do not use. Very rude on the phone. While they had our car, they left open back window for 10 days. Car was dusty and soaked inside, it rained while we were away. They cancelled the drop off parking payment while we were leaving so had to pay £8 to leave the airport. When we complained by email, we were ignored. To top it off, we just got a letter with £100 parking fine. The driver drove through drop off zone while he was driving the car to drop it off to us and did not pay the charge for it. We now have more headaches trying to appeal this charge. When we called the number of the driver of the car, he actually advised us to call police and report this company as a fraud.
That says it all!

Scam scam scam, DO NOT USE
waited 2.5 hours for car to be returned along with 9 other families for it to be delivered to a totally different car park. They had told me to wait at car park 6 level 3 but delivered it to car park 5 level 1, luckily they did call me and tell me what car park, where and which row... but they didn't call anyone else and had abandoned their cars with mine with them still waiting in a totally different car park with no idea their car was there - i believe i was only called because each time i called them to find out how long i kept my cool and pretended to empathise with their stressful situation and acted like i was on their side (all lies of course but after hearing everyone else shout and swear at them but get no where i thought id try a different approach) the car was filthy with lumps of clay on wheels and we paid £8 to leave car park when it should have been included, but I have heard MUCH worse stories!!

Unprofessional disorganised. When we arrived they didn’t have any record our car and we had to reluctantly leave our car. Upon return we had to wait ages and were told to wait on the wrong floor. Everytime we called to ask how long they would be they’d say 5 minutes and not show up. Could barely hear the guy on the phone too and sounded like he was at a party. We honestly thought our car had been stolen. We also had to pay a further £8 parking fee. Car was returned very dirty

Absolutely awful experience, but luckily better than others looking at previous reviews. Drop off was fairly straightforward, other than a surprise £8 extra charge which is not advertised. Pickup however was another story - called and was initially told it would be a 1hr wait, nearly 2 hours later we finally see our car being driven into the car park. After mutilple calls and being given different floors and locations with assurance someone would meet us with the key, we finally found our car dumped in a disabled space, unlocked, key on the front tyre, crashed in to the car park wall. Luckily only cosmetic bumper damage, but the company couldn't care less when we called them. Avoid these people at all costs!!
