Ionization Labs Arvostelua

The testing performed was completed timely and to satisfaction.

Rapid turnaround, transparent, dependable, capable and willing to get the job done right. Thanks.

I would be highly careful using this lab to service your Delta 8 or any CBD derivative needs. I get my products from vendors with nationally accredited labs that follow industry standards. While there is no blanket industry standard, the industry does police itself properly but these guys are buying standards that other labs do not use.

It is causing incorrect measurements. To prove them wrong, they want you to provide the proprietary information of the standards the other labs are using to verify their inaccuracies.

Not to mention, I was not happy when I initially found out my results. I spoke to my salesperson not even in the sternest voice. They cried on the phone then the "Chief Science Officer" decided to admonish me on a group conference call with my vendor, his lab techs, and his salesperson on the phone. If your salesperson cannot handle clients being surprised and disappointed by your lab results, and they don't know how to handle the conversation or provide any answers that make any sense, then they should not be in sales.

In my experience, it is evident that these guys have no clue what they are doing in relation to the thriving delta 8 industry and I would not use them for any verification of products. Use nationally recognized ones like ACS and KCA. They know the industry well although their lead times are longer because businesses in this industry trust them.

Don't fall for a lab that can just turn around results quickly. Ensure they share the same standards that the industry leaders do.

These kats are great. Excellent service and results.!

Couldn’t be happier with the turnaround time! I received my results faster than I expected. Thank you!

Katherine, in Customer service, was very knowledgeable & helpful on the phone. I received the results quicker than I expected! I would use this lab again.

It took a little longer than expected to get my results back, but when I did I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

Great service. Great price. Representative answered all my questions. I received results within 72 hours. Simple and straightforward results that I could understand.

100% helpful from their website to their staff. Professional, and delivered clear results faster than expected. If asked for one possible improvement, I'd suggest making available a detailed description (even generic) on how to interpret each aspect of the results.

Thank you Ionization Labs! Another great test on our CBD/CBG edibles! We love how fast you got us our results, we shipped across the country and we got the results in just a few days. Thank you again for supporting our small business and we just love working with you.

Also we love the pictures that are on the C.O.A.s as well as the high degree of accuracy, all of our products tested exactly as they expected and loved to see all of those cannabinoids!

Thank you all so much, sending much love your way!
