Also results come with a designated qr code on results paperwork and link is straight to their website and files. Almost all your regulatory requirements. Fast accurate and well priced for the quality of work and services. Their the only lab we use.

My sample was received on Friday
My sample was received on Friday, and the results were in by the following Monday afternoon! I do not think I have ever had to wait a full 72 hours for my sample to be processed, many thanks on the speedy sample processing. I would highly recommend ionization labs as the whole process is very user friendly and the C.O.A. is easy to interpret. Cheers 🍻

Great Affordable Lab Services
This was my first time using Ionization labs. I sent in 9 samples for potency testing. They were dead on. I received my results in 3 days as promised. They also had the best pricing. I highly recommend them.

Sample came back hot .44%
Hard to find my results. Not sure what I did/didn’t do but I’d like to know what the results are on the tested material I paid for
Once analyzed it came back hot. .44%. And I did everything correct. Sampler dragged his feet and didn’t show up for 10 days during the icy weather and it cost me a crop I’m asking the lab to retest the product now

We apologize for not delivering your results in the expected timeframe. Please note that we received your TDA Official Sample on 2/16/23. We did reach out on 2/16/23 at 10:58am letting you know we were missing payment and our internal Chain of Custody, and that once we received both of those items we will be able to process your sample. We received the payment on 2/16/23 at 11:01am but still did not receive our internal Chain of Custody. We resent the confirmation email multiple times about completing the internal Chain of custody. We received our internal Chain of Custody 2/24/23 at 9:20 am. Unfortunately we cannot run any samples (TDA Official or unofficial sample) without the internal chain of custody which can delay the results until we receive that paperwork. We have offered to expedite these results, as well as reach out to you once those results are ready.
