Je me suis rarement sentie aussi volé de ma vie. Je viens de prendre un abonnement PLUS 35€ par mois j’essaye de générer la vidéo que je souhaite et il me disent que je n’ai pas assez de crédit 10 min après avoir payer je suis obligé de me dire aller j’ai pas le choix j’ai pas payer 35€ pour rien. Je prends 20 de crédit pour 25 €. Je peux enfin générer ma vidéo pour 60€ ( j’ai envie de pleurer mais j’ai pas de force). Je visualise la vidéo elle est affreuse les images et le son tout est décalé le personnage change au cour de l’histoire alors que c’est la même personne normalement donc pour 60€ je me dit je vais expliquer ce qui ne va pas car c’est pas possible et pour modifier la vidéo MAIS je dois encore payer 25€. Je me sens déjà très bête d’avoir payé 60€ pour une vidéo mais 85€ quand même. Par contre je veux bien imaginer que ce site vaut beaucoup BEAUCOUP d’argent. Je répète je ne me suis jamais senti aussi volé de ma vie. Pour les débutant sauf si ils ont un compte en banque bien garni passez votre chemin. Pour ceux qui maîtrise et qui peuvent se permettre amusez vous pour nous.

It was like talking to a friend or family member that understood my frustration. Please let this man know that he is really good at what he does. Show him my review. Feels Scammy. Chargers way more per credits per video than stated.
A 8 second sora 2 pro video should cost 3 credit's according to their support but due to "minimum charge thresholds or internal processing overhead." they charge 1 to 2 credits EXTRA! and I chatted with their support and they confirmed that this is normal.
I will cancel my subscription and use a different platform because I feel ripped off and scammed I basically lost around 10 video generation due to "minimum charge thresholds or internal processing overhead." that I didn't know of. That's almost 40$... That's almost 1/3 of what I paid in subs and addon credits.

Pay for nothing
They make you pay, promising a lot of features, but you cannot even try anything out as the credits for each "thing" are so expensive, that there is nothing you can do with a monthly subscription less than 100 $ a month. if you have a lot of money to waste, you may want to try the most expensive subscription, maybe it can do what they promise, but anything below cannot do anything . It is a total loss of money.

I'll save you the trouble.. its TERRIBLE
Honestly, the overall experience with InVideo is absolutely terrible. Great idea, horrible execution. The video generation is, for the most part, very mid-level to basic quality. You will have to edit numerous times just to get a usable video, but it still will not be great. The real problem with this company is the pricing model. It is expensive AF to create these terrible videos and the "credit" method is absolutely TERRIBLE. I've had to retype prompts numerous times because I "don't have enough credits" after just subscribing to a PAID plan. After I finish the current creative I'm working on, I will never be using this product again and I suggest everyone else does the same. I don't write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one because I am pissed.

Money Drain
I tried out a few different video generation platforms, and this one ended up being the most frustrating. The price felt high compared to others, and I kept running into glitches that slowed me down. On top of that, the constant need to buy more credits just to keep creating made the whole thing feel like a money drain.

Ich habe immer das plus Abo benutzt aber ärgere mich immer wieder über die beschissene Bedienung wenn es darum geht die einzelnen Stock Videos in Kontext zu meiner Musik zu bekommen. Hinzu kommen noch die ständigen Hänger und manchmal geht nichts mehr. Das Abo Modell und die Zusatzdienste bezeichne ich mal als Abzocke. Dies ist mein letzter Monat....ich habe die schnauze voll da sich an der Bedienung und Oberfläche anscheinend auch nichts tut.

The Plus plan advertises 50 videos per month, but it's a scam. I paid £35 and produced fewer than 10 videos, each less than 60 seconds long. The quality isn't up to a professional standard either.

Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Cost
We found the platform to be expensive and riddled with glitches. Adding content requires constant credit purchases, which felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed at every turn.
The voice-overs were difficult to follow, often rambling and unclear, which impacted the overall usability. While we did receive a partial refund, we believe a full refund would have been more appropriate given the subpar quality of service.
There are better platforms available that offer a more seamless experience without hidden fees or confusing credit systems.

Fino a qualche mese fa andava benissimo, da quest'anno continui rallentamenti, e soprattutto ogni volta che provi a fare una modifica semplice, di quelle che ho sempre fatto, da messaggio di errore, perdi un casino di ore per cercare di risolvere sciocchezze, mi spiace ma penso che presto cambierò, peccato perché aveva potenziale, ma almeno funzionasse senza problemi visto che il costo mensile non è regalato...

I've wasted money working with Invideo.io. I've been trying to work with a video project for hours and it kept crashing saying try again. I finally reached out to support and they said they would get back to me in a few hours. After 3 hours I checked back with them. SAM was in yellow... no response.
For as much money as they charge, there should be immediate 24/7 customer support helping customers who pay the high subscription costs they charge.
I'm canceling my membership and giving up on all ai video generators until the technology evolves into something usable. Invideo should be ashamed for charging outrageous subscription prices for sub-par video output and slow and less than desirable customer service.
The economy is bad enough. No one wants this additional stress.
