Insight Investigations Arvostelua

Extremely fast and friendly staff. They were extremely obliging and helpful.
Thank you to Elliot for helping me.

Cannot thank Elliott enough as yesterday I shared the Coronation celebratikns with my estranged sister of 66 years, we were separated as young children. He found her within 48 hours and we both will be forever grateful to him.

Contacted insight who put me onto investigater called Elliot. He quoted price of two hundred and 50 which then changed later to 350. Sent him all the info he needed and then he never responded to me after that. Completely wasted my time here. Wouldn't recommend this company. If there was an option for a no stars rating thats what I would have given

Very efficient, prompt response. Total satisfaction.
I fully recommend this investigation company.

Professional, Fast and Efficient.
I got the information required.
All you need to do is really pick up the phone and call Insight Investigator!

Be aware of using this company! The "head of operations" Elliott is rude and unprofessional! I received an invoice shortly after I instructed this company and when I tried to seek reassurance that the information is correct before I pay the invoice I was accused of "refusing to pay" and Elliott informed me on Saturday night by email that due to my refusal to pay "our contract is terminated". Baffled by this, I tried to talk to him on the phone this morning to resolve the issue but clearly achieving a resolution is not his forte and he was extremely passive-aggressive.

Many thanks Elliott and all the Insight Team for giving me the courage to finally deal with my matrimonial issue and get to the bottom of the problem after all these years. Thankfully after using your services, I think my longstanding relationship will survive now I have been able to confront the situation. As you said to me at the beginning, things sometimes are not always what they appear and this was true in my case. We are now getting the help that we need. I can’t thank you enough - Suzzie

I employed their services on a very delicate matter. I spoke with Karen, who was very informative and reassuring, let me unfold the story at my own pace, then suggested the action that the Insight agent would take.

She gave me lots of time to think it over, and told me the cost.

I was very happy when she was able to give me the results of the agent's investigation.

The whole experience was positive, supportive, well handled and efficient.

I would not hesitate to recommend Insight.

Spoke to a lovely receptionist straight away on the 1st call ,she put me through to the lady who would give me the information that I required. I was already in liaison with the police but the information I received from the lovely lady was incredibly fast and precise. My case was solved and I’d not hesitate to use this company again and again . Many thanks

Insight are really good, but I did feel I had to chase up. However, I got what I needed and it was done in a nice manner.

I asked Insight for help after my elderly mother began a relationship with a man who began to limit her contact with all of our family, was spending her money and was permanently cagey to us about his own personal history.
During an extremely upsetting time, the investigators demonstrated such care and speed and within a few days, had discovered the real identity of the person, located his ‘other’ family and also found evidence that he had already targeted other vulnerable women for money and exhibited controlling behaviour over them. I can’t thank them enough for resolving this situation so quickly and sensitively for our family. It has been an extraordinary relief to us all.

promise comprehensive investigations, payment upfront provided 4/5 bullets in an email after chasing for 6 months, no evidence to back anything up, on escalation customer services fail to respond or make terrible excuses. Avoid there are more reputable companies out there

Excellent service. Efficient and professional for service of documents including the provision of relevant evidence.

First class company.
Had a legal matter that needed to be resolved in the UK and I’m in Canada.
Excellent service from Emma with very fast email responses. I hope I don’t need to use again but if I did I would choose Insite.

Would give 6 stars if available. We live in America and needed help on an urgent personal matter in the UK. We explored several different investigations agencies, eventually choosing Insight Investigations. Tony quickly and professionally handled the matter, providing excellent, detailed, useful results. Our family will always be grateful. Thank you.
