Had an amazing time travelling with Interrailing Ltd! Everything was easy to book and well organised. The trip ran smoothly and made seeing Europe super fun and stress‑free.

Interailling packages sorted my travel arrangements, trains and accommodation ( even giving clear directions of how to get there!) Leaving me to check in, get out there and enjoy the experiance.

I spent 2 weeks travelling in Italy Switzerand and France before catching the Eurostar back to London.
I travelled alone and found the whole process of booking to travelling stressfree!

Really helpful for taking the stress out planning our trip. The helpline for dealing with train cancellations was really helpful, and staff were very friendly.
There was one issue where the seat requirements for a train changed after booking, which we weren’t alerted to, meaning we couldn’t get on one train. It would have been appreciated if this were noticed and changed before our journey.
But overall we had a really good experience, and will use again.

Interrailing organised our trip to our specification. We visited Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, with stops along the way in Hamburg and Cologne. We had all the tickets and reserved seats on the rail planner app. which made for easy travel. The 24/7 back-up (which we used twice) was both useful and reassuring. We did however also find it easy to sort problems out at the stations ourselves. The instructions provided and information on the app. were all extremely useful and easy to follow. All in all a successful trip and we would recommend Interrailing trips to anyone not confident in organising a trip like this themselves.

Me and my girlfriend did The Adventurer package and it was amazing, everything was booked for us and we had no issues during the trip I couldn’t recommend it anymore it was the best 28 nights.

For our trip around Ireland, InterRailing booked our hotels as well as our public transport (trains and coaches). The hotels were excellent—mostly 3-star with the occasional 4-star treat. We encountered no problems with our various train and coach connections as the tickets were flexible, and we were provided with very clear instructions about departure times and the locations of stations, etc. Hence, my 5-star review.

Interrailing packages were really easy to use when booking our trip, travel information was easy to access and activity ideas were also really helpful. The trains booked were easy to find and use making the whole experience stress free. Our hostels that we booked were easy to check in at and were well located, a small issue at one of our hostels was easily fixed by the company keeping the trip stress-free. I would recommend using InterRailingPackages for a stress-free and exciting trip.

Everything worked really well. Help was available during the booking process and customisation was easy. The Apps, once set up, were easy to use and were well laid out and easily accessible. Trip was marvellous, Switzerland was memorable and beautiful. Do not miss taking the Gorngorat Cog Railway from Zermatt up to the Matterhorn Summit. We walked down between a few stations and that was fabulous. Walks round St Moritz and Environs were also great. On next trip I'll be more productive proactive regarding timings and accommodation some could have been better.

Would absolutely highly recommend this company, we had a fantastic trip to Switzerland and we loved it Everything was simple and easy to book. The train journeys were wonderful and hotels were very good. App was very easy to use which had everything you needed to hand.

Truly a remarkable experience. I used Interrailing Packages based on a friend's recommendation, and they made it so easy. I created a custom trip, did everything over email, and the experience of booking was seamless AND the trip itself was incredibly fun, memorable and equally seamless. We LOVED their hotel choices: small, boutique hotels that we would not have chosen, close to center of each city and train stations to minimize transit. I am definitely going to use them again for our next European train/city adventure!

The City Slickers package was perfect for us, really fast paced and exciting, enabling us to see so much in a relatively short time. I could not recommend this enough for people who are up for a fast paced adventure.

We had a bespoke route planned for us, all the train bookings and reservations were managed for us, as well as the Hotels.

The booking process was easy and the team were very helpful in making any changes we requested.

Once the booking was completed the team completed 2 apps for our interrail pass and our Itinerary.

We had once cancelled train and one train impacted by a strike, both times these were resolved to our satisfaction.

The trip was perfectly organized logistically and geographically. The hotels were located in central locations. The app put everything in one place for easy access
The issue i had withe euro rail was quickly resolved by Lisa.

Once I confirmed and paid the down payment the correspondence was poor. Before booking there were emails regularly wanting me to book. Once I booked not much help. I had an issue setting up my train tickets. I reached out and received no help. I had to figure it out on my own. Interrailing could do a better job of explaining travel on trains in Europe.
When I did have a problem at a hotel that was unstaffed I called the emergency number. I was not told in advance that this hotel was unstaffed and that I would need a code to get into the building. I was in the rain, cold with my luggage and find out at 10am that I couldn’t get into the unstaffed hotel until 3 pm. When I called all they said was we apologize but there’s nothing we can do. The day was wasted. I couldn’t go sightseeing or do anything. At one time when I called in I was hung up on and told nothing we can do about it. The hotel itself had a phone number but no one would answer. InterRailing couldn’t get them to answer the phone. I did get an apology email the next day. The same thing was repeated we get no complaints about this hotel.
There was a problem with a wrong train, when I called the 24 hour number I was given the wrong information. Thankfully I received help from locals and the train station to get things corrected.
The only two things I requested when I booked 3 star hotels was a lift and air conditioner. The last 3 hotels had no air conditioning in 88 degree weather.
Most of the hotels were nice, clean and good locations.
Interrailing was not helpful with issues.

This was the first time that I have ever been on a trip to multiple places, and when we’re planning the company we’re very good with making suggestions of where to visit and booking day trips for us, and it felt easy leaving the company to book flights and accommodation for us.

We did have some slight issues with the Tineri app which kept crashing when we attempted to get our tickets, but this was solved by just screenshotting pictures of our travel tickets when the app did load and keeping them saved in a folder on our phones.

I would definitely use the company again for another trip, and have already recommended to other friends.

Excellent app with all information tickets and hotel bookings on it as well as suggestions of what to do / see at each location.Our holiday was 6 cities in 14 days Hotels selected where great.

I was looking to rail through Europe and started planning a trip when about halfway through discovered your company. I was somewhat nervous about your product, not being in direct control of train times and hotels. At the end of the trip though I feel you guys did a great job at a reasonable price. I’m sure between me and Dena we bragged about your company more than 30 times during our trip to many who had planned their own trip.
A couple items that I think would enhance your service if possible would be to select all the hotels after the deposit but before the final payment. Check my train class before rebooking, as I did have a train delay that required your help, but you rebooked with seats in a lower class car. Also many directions from the train station start with “when you leave the station”. Many stations have 2 to 4 exits, and this causes some confusion, My phone has a compass, maybe giving me that info could help solve this.

This was the fifth time using Interrailing packages. And just like the other four times, everything went very smoothly.
The hotels, were very nice boutique level hotels. They were in perfect locations, close to all the sites and very close to the train stations. The step-by-step instructions in the Tinery app made navigating my journey very easy!
The Swiss Alpine dream package should be on everyone’s bucket list. There is always somebody in the Interrailing office to answer the phone if there are any issues during your journey.
I highly recommend using Interrailing packages.
I can’t wait to plan my sixth journey with them.
