I am extremely disappointed with the wardrobe I purchased through Amazon. Firstly, it looks completely different in person—far cheaper than advertised. Shockingly, it even looks worse than my IKEA wardrobe, despite being double the price.

The two sliding doors have a large, unsightly gap between them, making the wardrobe look poorly designed. I own another sliding door wardrobe, and it doesn’t have this issue. Additionally, one of the doors doesn’t close properly, and the one that does somehow still allows clothes to stick out.

The door strippers keep falling off, and the stickers labeling the parts left a horrible sticky residue on the wardrobe. I’ve bought furniture from other brands before, and their labels never leave such a mess.

When I reached out to the seller, I was required to send numerous videos and photos of the wardrobe, only to be passed on to a “fixer.” I then had to repeat the process by sending more photos to the fixer, who dismissed most of my concerns and made excuses for the rest. He claimed the wardrobe just needed to be “built nicely” and there would be no issues.

To make matters worse, when I informed the seller that a part was missing, I was told that I must have received it.
And their proposed solution for the sticky residue? ✨TOOTHPASTE✨

Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product or seller to anyone. Thankfully, Amazon was helpful and issued a refund.

Avoid this company at all cost, their service is very very poor. There were issues delivering the wardrobe, because they don’t phone you or email you in advance to let you know when your order will be delivered. So we had 2 failed delivery attempts.

My order was delivered 3 weeks ago, the delivery men left the wardrobe downstairs in my entrance, I asked them to take it up to the bedroom where the wardrobe is to be fitted, they said refused and said that the person coming to fit the wardrobe will take them upstairs.

The person that is meant to fit the wardrobe still hasn't come to fit it, i have contacted them on numerous occasions. He made an appointment with me and said that he will come on Sunday 13th Oct, he didn’t show up. I have called and messaged no one has responded to me.

Before I placed the order for the wardrobe I asked if the company provides a fitting services and they said yes. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it as I can’t fit the wardrobe by myself. I don’t have full access of my hallway because the packages are blocking it, The packages are very heavy I can’t even lift them let alone carry them upstairs.

We are now in the 3rd week since the delivery of the wardrobe and I still have them in my hallway. Honestly this is the most unprofessional service I have ever received by any company. I am very unhappy, I wish I can give zero star.

I don’t know what state the wardrobe will be in as they are still in its packages, I am nervous as I am not expecting anything good based on my experience with the company so far. The next stage will be to send the wardrobe back for a refund, I can’t even imagine what hell that would be. I am already dreading it.

Pls avoid this company if you can, don’t be tempted by their low prices, as I am now regretting it. I wish I paid more elsewhere and received a better services. Honestly the stress is not worth it.
