My sola journey started over 12 month ago, Jan 2025. I’d spoken to a handful of companies and thought, how can the spread on value be so vast, and then when questioned, they made the call to the boss to get the manger deal of the month. Very much like the double glazing industry in the 80’s, white gold, was the term. I nearly gave up. I then gave it one further roll of the dice, bingo double six. I came across Integral sola, headed up by Graham Wall, what a breath of fresh air this bloke was. Graham knowledge was exceptional, he listened , discussed and understood the lists of concerns that I’d formed about the industry. Graham not only assured me ,I felt assured, that all that he spoke of, was indeed factual. He engaged with me from the very first phone call, where he left it open, for me to view his quotes and make any return calls to discuss. No pressure. Additional discussion took place where it was decided to finally meet at my property. That meeting took place, where I’d decided, having met Graham that he, and his team would be installing Sola at my property. There was no requirement for any upfront cost and I was only requested to pay upon FULL completion, again installing trust between both parties. Graham pricing was transparent and fair. A date was issued for the installation. Integral team turned up promptly, all of them individually introduced themselves , Brendan,Harry,Lewis and not forgetting Deno. The team explained how the works would be delivered, all questions and concerns were discussed, along with the location of the apparatus, batteries, charger invertor. Again everything that Graham had said was now really happening. My particular choice of equipment was 14 panels, 6 Kw inverter and two 9 kw battery storage, EV charger all manufactured by Hanchu. On the actual day of install I had to leave for a meeting ,however I could see the finishing line, so without delay I paid in full knowing that on my return, everything would have been completed. And it was. My property was treated as if it were there own, all the rubbish was removed and taken away. Don’t take my word for it call Graham 07957371651, he was a true gentleman. I recently sought advice from Graham about batteries, who suggested I look at the figures, because it might not be cost effective! From start to finish, just a really great experience. Graham is such a humble guy, honest and is available on the phone anytime as well as being extremely competitive on the pricing.
The date was set, scaffolding was put up over the weekend ready for install on Monday. The installation team arrived 8am and just got the job done. They Were approachable, respectful and most importantly listened to my requests as I did not want to rip the carpets or flooring. Shoes were off in the house, the rubbish was all taken away and honestly couldn't have worked with a better company. Well done guys, you will be recommended within my circle.

Excellent workers quick and efficient vey polite came on time no mess

I’d been looking at solar for a long time and getting quotes from all sorts of people then left for a bit then saw Graham on social media local to me so gave him a call made an appointment came before Xmas he came did the quote there and then said I’d ring January .
The scaffolders came the day before next 3 of the best lads came and did the job in 4 hours and I cannot fault any of the work i cannot express how good they were a credit to Graham and his company.

I’m so glad I went with my gut feeling , from the moment I started to talk with Graham I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with. The no nonsense approach by Integral was refreshing compared to some of the other companies I have been talking to. The installation happened today as planned and the work was completed to a high standard. I am an electrician by trade so have a keen eye and high standards. The team walked me through the install first thing to ensure their brief matched my requirements and discussed placement of the roof panels. I have no hesitation in recommending Integral and Graham for your solar investment.

These guys have made everything about getting solar panels very easy. From the no pressure selling at the very start, to the day of the installation which was done in 1 day and the guys left my property spotless, to the after sales support too. You won’t go wrong if you choose to go with Integral

From start to finish there was no sales pressure whatsoever they are so professional and nothing was too much trouble. The two engineers that fitted were brilliant plus the weather conditions were not very good they cleared everything away and wouldn't leave until we fully understood how everything worked I would highly recommend them.

We had our solar panels and storage battery fitted 2 weeks ago on Thursday 04 December’25.Owner Graham had visited a few weeks earlier giving us a comprehensive plan and pricing.After due diligence and checks we decided to go with Integral.
Scaffolding upon Tuesday.Electricians Brendan and Harry arrived at 8am Thursday.Heavy rain but this didn’t stop Ruben,Lewis and Reno from fitting the 12 solar panels.All cables were ran on the outside of our property.Battery and inverter fitted in utility room.A professional installation.All team members worked well with each other and got the job done in very trying conditions.Brendon and Harry even thanked our neighbours for allowing access to their property to complete the installation!Scaffolding down the same day.

After lots of research we chose Integral, what a great decision we made. Transparent from start to finish, very fair pricing, no sales patter just facts. Fitting team have been brilliant, polite, courteous,very tidy, punctual , nothing was too much trouble, very happy with every aspect of Integral .

Graham came to the house and explained everything to us, not pushy at all, never making us feel we had to use his company. So glad we did, everything went well, scaffolding up one day, installation the next and scaffolding down the following day. Lewis and Harry, who did the installation were super, answered our questions, moved things in the garage for us to make room for the battery and inverter, all the electrics down neatly, and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. I was initially quite sceptical about solar panels but after watching my electricity bill just keep going up and up I decided to do some research.
I had firstly spoken to a business that my local council had recommended, they didn’t really seem to care about the questions I had, they just wanted the business from me.
This is when I started to look at other companies and came across Integral, from the first time I met Graham I was really impressed, there was no pushy sales talk, we just spoke about what I wanted and what he would recommend. As soon as Graham left I knew I would be using them for my install.
I waited a few weeks for the installation but that was due to Integral being busy completing other installations (always a good sign) when the lads turned up to install everything they were all great. Very polite, clean, tidy and respectful of my house. The managed to get everything sorted in the day and the scaffolding came down the same day. If you are looking at Solar panels I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Graham and his team - absolutely amazing service

Graham had an initial meeting with my husband and was happy to answer my questions over the phone the following week. I had a question about removing a radiator to make room for the battery and he checked the photos I sent him and phoned me straight back. Reno, Harry and Daniel were the roofer and electricians. All polite and friendly, hardworking, a good team, explained what they were doing and clarified issues with me etc. Neat job. Got us set up on the app. Scaffolding went up beforehand as arranged. A good price for panels, battery, inverter and EV charger. Definitely recommend them.
