This is my first time using the portal to process travel insurance. It is very easy to use, and the contract was immediately issued.

All well and good until you have any reason to make a claim. No matter how small. Better to go with a good brand anytime. Lessons learnt

I purchased a policy last month which was not used as I did not travel. So, I requested a change in the policy dates and within a 24-hour process it was changed, and a new policy was provided.

Recently i have purchased insurance for malta and mistakenly enter wrong date of birthday and today 26-march-2025 i have appointment at vfs i request to coustmer service for correcttion of date of birthday and they proceed my request within 1.2 hours i really appreciate this quick response thank you so much ❤️ now I'm ready to submit my file at vfs dubai.
