Tengo un contrato de seguro del 24-02_2025 al 20 -05-2025 mi madre vino de cuba y se cayó le dieron unos puntos en la cabeza y hoy por hoy siguen sin rembolsar el dinero y pidiendo documentos y exigen que no se le pregunte nada y mi madre ya regreso a cuba y ellos nada de rembolso .muy mal la verdad ,si fuera otra cosa más grave uyyy.no recomiendo .

I'm quite pleased with insurte, my situation was kind of unusual and they supported me along the way. They respond to emails right away and give helpful answers. Most of all the fact that this is a reliable provider suggested by VFS and recognised in the schengen area and worldwide with reputable insurance companies really put me at ease. Giving the option for both a short term and annual policy is also quite excellent. Everything was clear and smooth, payment method was secure.

Even when I had to temporarily cancel my insurance (within their 14 day period), the process was straightforward and clear, now waiting for the refund to arrive. I will definitely rely on them for my whole family's future travel insurance and wholeheartedly recommend them.
